white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        新平老師是我18年前的同事，也是我們民進(jìn)組織的同志，他也是我的好朋友。驚聞噩耗，不禁悲從中來(lái)，雖反復(fù)深呼吸遏制住了欲奪眶而出的熱淚，但心中的哀慟連續(xù)數(shù)天難以自已。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        2018年12月29日，將是他開(kāi)吊的日子。我由于遠(yuǎn)在省城而又雜務(wù)纏身，無(wú)法親赴靈前表達(dá)哀忱。此時(shí)，我只能站在省城太原東南隅一幢12層高的住宅樓上，眺望著西邊蒼茫的遠(yuǎn)方……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        透過(guò)幢幢高樓和重重遠(yuǎn)山，我仿佛看到了他的靈前擺滿了祭奠的花圈，滿地的紙錢(qián)打著旋兒隨風(fēng)揚(yáng)抑，最后飄向他的不歸路上；他的親朋和好友們，一個(gè)個(gè)眼含淚花靜穆垂首，臉上滿是遺憾惋惜哀傷的表情……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        那是1989年，我大學(xué)畢業(yè)工作后的第六個(gè)年頭。那年，我所在的呂梁地區(qū)賀昌中學(xué)一下子接收了十幾名大學(xué)畢業(yè)生，是賀中歷史上接收大學(xué)生最多的一年。分配來(lái)的大學(xué)生中有山西大學(xué)和山西師院的，但好像最多的是北京師范學(xué)院（即后來(lái)的首都師范大學(xué)）的，因?yàn)?985年呂梁為了籌建理工專(zhuān)科學(xué)校一下子在北京師院委托培養(yǎng)了數(shù)十名本科生，但畢業(yè)之時(shí)理工專(zhuān)科學(xué)校卻并未能獨(dú)立建設(shè)，于是呂梁行署決定將他們分散分配到呂梁各大中專(zhuān)學(xué)校。當(dāng)時(shí)的賀昌中學(xué)，是呂梁唯一一所由行署直管的正縣級(jí)建制的省首批重點(diǎn)中學(xué)，辦學(xué)質(zhì)量在呂梁山上九縣獨(dú)領(lǐng)風(fēng)騷，加之是以烈士英名命名的革命老校，不僅有著開(kāi)明的辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng)，干事創(chuàng)業(yè)的氛圍也很濃厚，坊間有“呂梁的北大”之稱(chēng)，于是自然就成為師范畢業(yè)生回呂梁就業(yè)的首選。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        其中從北京師院分到賀昌中學(xué)任教的，我記得有馬林、王金虎、劉育紅、薛鳳萍、胡翠蘭、郝海英等老師。而畢業(yè)于生物系的賀新平，也正是他們之中的一員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        八十年代的大學(xué)生，經(jīng)歷了改革開(kāi)放思想解放的浪潮沖擊，也經(jīng)受了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)勃興的特別考驗(yàn)，他們身上尚留存著相對(duì)難得的家國(guó)情懷和民族責(zé)任感。那時(shí)上大學(xué)還是很不容易的事情，所以他們整體素質(zhì)都比較高，后來(lái)都成為了單位的業(yè)務(wù)骨干。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        他們的到來(lái)，給賀昌中學(xué)的發(fā)展注入了新的活力；而他們自己，也因?yàn)榍啻貉笠绯錆M朝氣而成為了賀昌中學(xué)一道獨(dú)特的風(fēng)景。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        和我走在一起，他的高大，正能襯托出我的矮小。那是1992年初夏的一天，119班李小娟同學(xué)看見(jiàn)我和賀老師一左一右向著正在做操的大家走去，隨即和身邊的同學(xué)“掩嘴胡盧而笑”。我問(wèn)他：“你知道她們笑什么？”他搖頭說(shuō)：“不知道?！蔽覂墒忠簧弦幌伦隽藗€(gè)一高一低的手勢(shì)，說(shuō)道：“我倆一高一低反差大啊！”他聽(tīng)后先是一愣，接著便爽聲“哈哈哈”地大笑起來(lái)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        個(gè)子高的人，走路時(shí)容易自覺(jué)不自覺(jué)地彎著腰，但他的身材卻始終筆直挺拔，偉岸如樹(shù)。他的身體，壯碩結(jié)實(shí)，因此即使是和他未曾謀面的人，甫一見(jiàn)面也會(huì)覺(jué)得他踏實(shí)可靠而值得信任。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        他向你走來(lái)時(shí)，不會(huì)猶疑和左顧右盼。他的眼睛總是直視著你，胸?zé)o城府而滿是真誠(chéng)。他嗓門(mén)洪大，說(shuō)話時(shí)喜怒哀樂(lè)都會(huì)形諸于色。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        “老成！”他習(xí)慣于這樣叫我和稱(chēng)呼我。他小我3歲，大學(xué)畢業(yè)去賀中又比我晚了5年，所以盡管我們第一次見(jiàn)面，盡管那時(shí)我只是25歲，但他一開(kāi)口就稱(chēng)我為“老成”。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        當(dāng)然，呂梁方言中，在對(duì)方姓之前加一“老”字，還意味著對(duì)對(duì)方的尊重，他也有這一層意思在內(nèi)，因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)我在家長(zhǎng)學(xué)生群里有了些名氣。他和我說(shuō)：“學(xué)生們那么崇拜你！我也要好好教書(shū)，如果我當(dāng)老師也能當(dāng)?shù)侥氵@份上，一輩子也就滿足哩！”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        嗓門(mén)洪大的他，平時(shí)說(shuō)話時(shí)愛(ài)用老家臨縣的方言。和我說(shuō)話時(shí)，他有時(shí)用土話，有時(shí)用的是臨縣普通話，因?yàn)槲抑v普通話。而在學(xué)生面前，在課堂之上，他更多時(shí)候用的是臨縣普通話，因?yàn)樗澜處煹慕虒W(xué)語(yǔ)言，應(yīng)該是普通話。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        雖然他的普通話有濃重的臨縣口音，但是字正腔圓，鏗鏘有力。他是生物系畢業(yè)的，上大學(xué)時(shí)學(xué)業(yè)出眾的他，教高中生物游刃有余，于是他很快就贏得了學(xué)生的認(rèn)可和家長(zhǎng)的好評(píng)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        這是不容易的，因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)賀中生物學(xué)科師資力量很強(qiáng)。譬如白劍峰老師，凡事愛(ài)鉆研，教學(xué)精嚴(yán)細(xì)實(shí)，頗受學(xué)生歡迎；再如張軍霞老師，雖是女同胞，但是教學(xué)水平也一點(diǎn)不含糊，大有巾幗不讓須眉之勢(shì)……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        賀新平能在入職不久，即打開(kāi)局面，委實(shí)不簡(jiǎn)單。這與他的勤奮敬業(yè)不無(wú)關(guān)系。生物課當(dāng)時(shí)并非大家十分在意的主課，但他備課很認(rèn)真，備課本寫(xiě)的一絲不茍；他訂了不少教學(xué)雜志，也是學(xué)校閱覽室的常客，他常把生物報(bào)刊上的一些好的練習(xí)題摘錄下來(lái)，根據(jù)所教學(xué)生實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行改編，然后用鐵筆一筆一劃在蠟紙上刻寫(xiě)出來(lái)，印發(fā)給學(xué)生……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        賀新平老師進(jìn)入賀中一年后，就成為了大家關(guān)注的老師。這不僅因?yàn)樗麄€(gè)子高，更因?yàn)樗n教得好。 </h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        生物課教得不錯(cuò)的他，不滿足于只是教好生物課。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        那年9月，他和我促膝長(zhǎng)談，說(shuō)出了他的理想他的夢(mèng)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        那是1990年9月。賀新平入職一年后，我所帶的賀昌中學(xué)104文科班在1990年高考中取得了賀中歷史上文科班最好的成績(jī)，一個(gè)班的高考達(dá)線人數(shù)占到全呂梁地區(qū)文科達(dá)線人數(shù)的七分之一。張梅同學(xué)以?xún)?yōu)異成績(jī)被北大法律系錄取，郭秀英同學(xué)以省外語(yǔ)類(lèi)前十名的成績(jī)被剛剛成立的、由鄧小平親筆題寫(xiě)校名的中國(guó)金融學(xué)院錄取，張德生同學(xué)則考上了中國(guó)政法大學(xué)，王彥如同學(xué)被天津外國(guó)語(yǔ)學(xué)院錄取，袁慧芬同學(xué)則就讀中南工業(yè)大學(xué)……就是就讀于本省院校的同學(xué)，入學(xué)成績(jī)也都不低。譬如李高平，雖因替家里經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況考慮而報(bào)了山西經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院，但他的成績(jī)其實(shí)是也可以被北大錄取的……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        我因此被評(píng)為呂梁地區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師和勞動(dòng)模范，呂梁地委和呂梁行署聯(lián)合授予“教書(shū)育人成績(jī)優(yōu)異”匾額；呂梁地區(qū)勞動(dòng)競(jìng)賽委員會(huì)授予我“呂梁地區(qū)十佳科技工作者”榮譽(yù)稱(chēng)號(hào)，并記功獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)；共青團(tuán)山西省委授予我“山西省新長(zhǎng)征突擊手”?！渡轿鹘逃龍?bào)》在教師節(jié)期間報(bào)道了我的事跡，而我近八千字的班級(jí)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)則在時(shí)任省教委主任的宋玉岫的推薦下，也刊登在《思想教育》雜志上向大家推廣。特別是，我還作為全省優(yōu)秀教師的十名代表之一參加了山西電視臺(tái)由李萍、金鑒主持的“五彩繽紛”專(zhuān)欄教師節(jié)表彰晚會(huì)，在教師群中引起較大的反響……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        就在我從省城接受頒獎(jiǎng)回到呂梁之后不久的一天晚上，新平在教學(xué)樓高一121班的門(mén)口截住了我。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        “老成——”，平時(shí)高喉嚨大嗓門(mén)的他因?yàn)橹蒙碛诎察o的教學(xué)樓，而壓低了嗓音：“老成啊，你甚會(huì)兒有空？我想和你好好地坐一坐，請(qǐng)教一些事！”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        我說(shuō)：“請(qǐng)教？請(qǐng)教什么！請(qǐng)教不敢當(dāng)，但弟兄們聊聊天，現(xiàn)在就可以??！”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        于是，我們有了我們認(rèn)識(shí)之后的第一次長(zhǎng)時(shí)間聊天。他向我祝賀，祝賀我教學(xué)上取得的成績(jī)，并眉飛色舞地向我轉(zhuǎn)達(dá)了他聽(tīng)到的社會(huì)上關(guān)于我教育教學(xué)的種種近乎神話的傳說(shuō)。當(dāng)我微笑著正要告訴他傳說(shuō)將我神秘化了的時(shí)候，他話鋒一轉(zhuǎn)：“老成啊，我也得向你學(xué)習(xí)！你說(shuō)，你說(shuō)我怎么努力，將來(lái)才能像你現(xiàn)在這樣……”</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        我說(shuō)：“慚愧！”但嘴上雖說(shuō)慚愧，心里卻在想不能怠慢了他，因?yàn)槲夷芨械剿恼嬲\(chéng)。在浮躁時(shí)代風(fēng)潮漸起之時(shí)，他想在教學(xué)上干出一番成績(jī)的這份事業(yè)心，真的感動(dòng)和打動(dòng)了我。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        我不屑無(wú)所作為的人生?！爱?dāng)我還是一棵青松的幼苗，大地就賦予我高尚的情操。我立志做棟梁，獻(xiàn)身于人類(lèi)，一枝一葉全不畏雪劍冰刀……”，這是我心中常吟的詩(shī)句。在“理想理想，有利就想；前途前途，有錢(qián)就圖”甚囂塵上的時(shí)候，我常嘆紅塵知音少，由衷希望有更多志同道合的同志能相扶相攜相濡以沫，以消解追求理想的漫漫征途中曠世的孤獨(dú)和寂寞。正因如此，當(dāng)我遇到真有事業(yè)心、想為社會(huì)做點(diǎn)事情的人的時(shí)候，自然惺惺相惜，渴盼成為志同道合的真正的同志。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        我們從基礎(chǔ)教育是一塊亟待開(kāi)墾的處女地談起，我說(shuō)因?yàn)樵S多人不愿意從事“陽(yáng)光底下最崇高的職業(yè)”，所以人民教師恰恰大有可為；我說(shuō)一名教師應(yīng)從知識(shí)型、技能型、方法型向思想型過(guò)度，唯其如此方可由教學(xué)的“必然王國(guó)”邁向“自由王國(guó)”；我說(shuō)人生的快樂(lè)真的在于自我超越、自我實(shí)現(xiàn)，而作為“集天下英才而教育之”的身正為師、學(xué)高為范的人民教師，每一句話都應(yīng)該閃爍著真理的火花，每一節(jié)課都應(yīng)該閃耀著藝術(shù)的光輝；我說(shuō)教師要給學(xué)生一碗水，自己必須有一桶水，而且這水還必須是新水、活水、長(zhǎng)流水；我還和他說(shuō)，我們作為新時(shí)代人民教師，不應(yīng)該甘于做教書(shū)匠，而應(yīng)做教育家，而要做到這一點(diǎn)必須像老一輩那樣“身無(wú)分文而心憂天下”，“四面云山來(lái)眼底，萬(wàn)家憂樂(lè)到心頭”，并真正面向現(xiàn)代化、面向世界、面向未來(lái)……</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        那一天，我還和他談到我的歡樂(lè)我的幸福、我的悲傷我的苦惱，當(dāng)然他也談到他的經(jīng)歷他的追求、他的希望他的夢(mèng)想。他說(shuō)他也是一個(gè)不愿意虛度此生的人，他也真誠(chéng)地希望自己能成為在本職工作中有所作為的人。情之所至，我們彼此引為真正的同志，并說(shuō)今后以弟兄相待。我們相約一起既志存高遠(yuǎn)、又腳踏實(shí)地，從眼前走出遠(yuǎn)行的路。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
