white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">精彩卻難忘</h3> <h3> 這是我們老王集中學的劉方方老師，她是一個90后，在臺下給她導課的是史艷麗老師，沒上臺之前兩個人緊張的無以復加，結(jié)果史艷麗老師一句幽默風趣而又充滿激情的導入，讓嚴肅的課堂氣氛一掃而光，在大家的笑聲中劉方方老師好像一下子放松了，頓時有了“<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">莫聽穿林打葉聲，何妨吟嘯且徐行”的灑脫，接下來進入了正常的流程：上課、導入、授課，小結(jié)、拓展、作業(yè)。整個課堂如行云流水，絲毫沒有緊張，讓我們欣賞到了方方老師的淡定與從容。最后我們老王集的張巧玲老師為她做了精彩的結(jié)課，真誠的為這三位美女老師點贊！</span></h3> <h3> 這是我們班長吳金生老師的微型課——朱德的《回憶我的母親》。他還真是多才多藝呢，通過“媽媽”這首歌導入新課，最后用插上翅膀的小紅心作為板書設計結(jié)束，真是一個有心人呢，我經(jīng)常想，怎么樣才算是一個好老師？我們給他們灌輸?shù)牟粌H是知識，還要有一顆善良和懂得感恩的心，我們不能讓自己身心疲憊，然后教出一群目光呆滯的學生。我們要在課堂的忙碌中，去享受閑適，課下加強自身的修養(yǎng)，寵辱不驚，在喧囂擾攘中保持一顆不斷滋生教育大智慧的恬淡的心，并教會學生閑適，我想這才是學生喜歡的老師吧！</h3> <h3> 緊張的學習培訓快要結(jié)束了，我們從青澀漸漸走向成熟，除了磨課，今后我會去聆聽馬卡連柯的《教育詩》，和羅素暢談《教育與美好生活》，去體驗亞米契斯的《愛的教育》，去接受蘇霍姆林斯基的《給教師的一百條建議》……我明白在這條教育的道路上會很漫長，但只要我們?nèi)ヅ?，孩子們的眸子一定會在我們的課堂亮起來，因為“千淘萬漉雖辛苦，吹盡黃沙始到金”！</h3>
