&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<b> 前 &nbsp;&nbsp; 言</b></p><p><b></b><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 九曲黃河的懷抱，茫茫黃土高原的腹地，一塊形狀酷似共和國版圖的土地，因戰(zhàn)國大將戍守得名，吳起！秦、明長城內(nèi)外，眾多的古城寨堡之中，青山蒼翠，綠水環(huán)繞，一座小城高樓林立，八川兩澗鄉(xiāng)村美麗，產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺。八十年多前，這片飽受歷代戰(zhàn)爭蹂躪的土地，成為艱苦卓絕的二萬五千里長征的落腳地；七十年前，高亢的國歌代替了戰(zhàn)爭的槍炮聲，吳起跨進了人民當家作主人的社會主義新時代。1978年，改革開放的號角吹響，吳起人民戰(zhàn)勝了貧困，得到了溫飽。1998年，退耕還林和石油開發(fā)的歷史變革當中，城鄉(xiāng)建設和人民群眾的生活，實現(xiàn)了歷史性的顫變。<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 吳起的歷史顫變，有幸在攝影人的鏡頭中定格。方寸之間的歷史性瞬間，讓今天的我們得以回眸遠去的昨天，體驗發(fā)展的艱辛，感恩先輩們的奉獻，牢記革命的初心。在歷史鏡頭的定格中，也讓我們看到了吳起發(fā)展的光明前景，感悟到肩負的神圣使命，激發(fā)起追趕超越的奮進激情。當我們滿懷著中華民族偉大復興的夢想，走進新時代的時候，一個繁榮昌盛的新吳起，將以她的鴻篇巨制，定格在共和國九千六百萬平方公里的大地之上。<br><b></b><i></i><u></u><sub></sub><sup></sup><strike></strike><br></p> 2019年吳起縣城新區(qū)全景 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <b>&nbsp; 第一單元 長焦探尋歷史吳起</b></p><p><b></b><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 吳起這塊古老的土地，處處寫滿戰(zhàn)爭的滄桑。從樹兒洼新石器人類活動遺址出發(fā)，走過秦長城的殘垣斷壁，漢代鐵邊城高聳的城頭，唐宋元明眾多的邊墻寨堡，我們既能夠看到多民族爭奪的戰(zhàn)爭烽煙，又能夠看到多民族融合的文化特色。戰(zhàn)國大將吳起的千古留名，劉志丹的陜北“鬧紅”，中央紅軍二萬五千里在這里落腳，讓我們敬佩這塊英雄的土地。建國后，站起來的吳起人民，艱難地醫(yī)治戰(zhàn)爭的創(chuàng)傷，在一窮二白的土地上，建設社會主義的新吳起。雖然歷史久遠，留下來的影像資料有限，但是，我們還是能夠看到那段孕育著一場偉大顫變的歷史風貌。</p><p><br></p> <div class="cps-upload-file"><!----><div class="cps-img-container media-container editor-img-container" contenteditable="false" data-v-24994c6c=""><img class="img ls-is-cached lazyloaded" alt="" src="blob:http://m.kamkm888.com/f0027316-a349-4404-9be2-ad16fcd42732" data-v-24994c6c="" data-src="blob:http://m.kamkm888.com/f0027316-a349-4404-9be2-ad16fcd42732"><div class="cps-uploading-mask"><!----></div></div><div class="edit-container media-inner-editor bottom">早期的吳起縣城 （歷史資料）</div></div> 五十年代的吳起縣城 （歷史資料） &nbsp; &nbsp; 李寶成/攝 九十年代布滿鐵皮房的街道和穿中山裝的干部 &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 李寶成/攝 <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; <b>第二單元&nbsp; 廣焦展現(xiàn)改革成就</b></p><p><b></b><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 二十世紀末，人類社會最偉大的進步，莫過于中國的改革開放。農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)責任制的實施，釋放了億萬農(nóng)民的致富熱情。吳起縣在十年內(nèi)基本解決了溫飽，二十年內(nèi)基本消除了絕對貧困。1996年啟動的石油開發(fā)，1998年實施的退耕還林，為吳起做繭化蝶的歷史顫變，搭起了走向富裕的金橋。四十年中，把一個具有數(shù)千年農(nóng)牧傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)小鎮(zhèn)，改變?yōu)橐粋€石油工業(yè)為龍頭，生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)為主導，城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟社會全面振興的區(qū)域發(fā)展典型。經(jīng)歷過這一顫變過程的一代人，今日回眸，自覺感慨萬端。<br></p> 生產(chǎn)責任制，飽了農(nóng)民的肚子 &nbsp; <b>第三單元&nbsp; 定焦管窺歷史巨變</b></p><p><b></b><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 改革開放四十年，退耕還林二十年，不但改變了吳起經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的走向，而且徹底改變了廣大人民群眾的生產(chǎn)生活方式。傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)牧文化，城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的“二元”結構，封閉保守的思想觀念，都已經(jīng)放進了博物館珍藏。代之而起的，是融入中國社會整體發(fā)展的快節(jié)奏，大跨度，多層面的立體式構建，是人民生活中，生產(chǎn)、就業(yè)，教育醫(yī)療，社會保障等全方位升華。這些發(fā)生在人民群眾身邊的深刻變化，正是偉大祖國七十年輝煌成就的最好佐證。<br></p> <p>昔日灰頭土臉的農(nóng)民&nbsp; &nbsp; <b>結束語</b></p><p><b></b><br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 在全國上下隆重熱烈地慶祝偉大祖國七十華誕的時候，曾經(jīng)為共和國的誕生做出特殊貢獻的紅色吳起，今天，以七十年彪炳史冊的建設成就，獻上一份厚禮。本次主題攝影展覽，就在于以攝影的形式，形象直觀地把吳起的成就展示給觀眾。這次展覽，也是全縣上下深入開展“不忘初心”教育活動的內(nèi)容之一，旨在以此激發(fā)全縣干部群眾，永遠不忘初心，牢固樹立“四個意識”，堅定“四個自信”，在縣委縣政府的帶領下，團結奮斗，再創(chuàng)輝煌。本次展覽以建國七十年的時間順序，以不同歷史時期，不同的側面，全面展示吳起的發(fā)展變化和各項建設成就。<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 本次主題展覽共分四個章節(jié)，展出了200多幅攝影作品。盡管我們花費了大量時間、精力搜集整理，但是，由于建國早期以及改革開放前留存資料較少，部分行業(yè)和社會生活方面的資料不全，所以，只能依據(jù)現(xiàn)有圖片資料編排展出。錯漏與不足之處，敬請廣大觀眾提出寶貴意見。</p><p><br></p><p><br></p> 美麗鄉(xiāng)村 &nbsp;
