white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  袁海坤從不畏懼，主動(dòng)迎難而上，加班熬夜仔細(xì)查閱每一本信訪案卷，分析原因，提出整改措施，向辦案民警指明方向，教會(huì)方法，成功化解了多起信訪積案，贏得了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同事及案件當(dāng)事人的一致好評(píng)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  2018年初，轄區(qū)村民間發(fā)生一起喪葬落墳占地糾紛，引發(fā)雙方親屬斗毆，現(xiàn)場混亂，雙方當(dāng)事人對(duì)公安機(jī)關(guān)處理結(jié)果不滿。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  案件在法律與道德、風(fēng)俗與習(xí)慣中交織，錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜。袁海坤主動(dòng)向所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)建言獻(xiàn)策，多次組織雙方協(xié)商，高度遵從雙方意愿，促使雙方調(diào)解成功，化解了一起疑難復(fù)雜案件。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  2019年9月底，轄區(qū)發(fā)生一起惡性傷害案件，受害人情緒激動(dòng)。袁海坤第一時(shí)間與受害人家屬見面，了解訴求，收集案件線索，穩(wěn)定家屬情緒，并組織案件民警快速調(diào)查取證，第二天將犯罪嫌疑人緝拿歸案，給受害人一個(gè)滿意答復(fù)。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b>不愛吃飯的戰(zhàn)斗“袁”</b></h1> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  法制員的工作瑣碎復(fù)雜，內(nèi)容繁多，任務(wù)繁重，需要經(jīng)常加班，袁海坤經(jīng)常忘記吃飯、不顧妻兒，把自己一個(gè)人留在辦公室里拼命加班。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  食堂飯好了，袁海坤還在辦公室里加班。別人都下班回家了，袁海坤還在辦公室里加班。在所里，袁海坤是最不愛吃飯的一個(gè)，每天都是最后一個(gè)去食堂吃飯或者不吃飯。所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多次“批評(píng)”他要求務(wù)必按時(shí)吃飯，他總是笑著說工作沒干完，飯都吃不下。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  今年3月份春季流感高發(fā)期，袁海坤全身心投入全國“兩會(huì)”安保維穩(wěn)工作中，家中不到三歲的孩子身體抵抗力差，連續(xù)高燒數(shù)日他都不知，無奈只有妻子一人在家照看，袁海坤從沒去過一次醫(yī)院。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  然而妻子在醫(yī)院陪護(hù)期間，由于無法按時(shí)吃飯、休息，終于沒抗住也發(fā)燒了，兩人都在醫(yī)院打針。妻子為了不打擾袁海坤工作，并沒有告訴他自己也生病的情況。一天夜晚，袁海坤給妻子打電話過問孩子病情時(shí)聽出妻子聲音異常，才發(fā)覺妻子也生病了，心中充滿了愧疚。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  次日，所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)看出袁海坤神情疲倦，悉心詢問了解到其家庭實(shí)際困難后，要求袁海坤立即放下手中工作，回家照顧妻兒。袁海坤還硬著嘴說當(dāng)前正值安保關(guān)鍵期，請(qǐng)假怕耽誤手上工作，影響全所大局。所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)嚴(yán)厲“批評(píng)”他要求立即回家，工作由其他同事幫忙完成。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center; "><b>輕傷不下火線的傷病“袁”</b></h1> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  “三大活動(dòng)”安保維穩(wěn)活動(dòng)以來，全所民輔警放棄休息，全力投入到安保維穩(wěn)工作中。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  國慶前后，轄區(qū)發(fā)生多起疑難案件，身患感冒多日的袁海坤主動(dòng)參與，連續(xù)加班熬夜數(shù)日，導(dǎo)致病情加重，咳嗽不止。所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)多次勸說袁海坤住院治療，他都沒有停下工作。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  直至10月中旬，所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)再次看到袁海坤在辦公室邊服藥邊加班，強(qiáng)行要求入院檢查。主治醫(yī)生直言袁海坤肺部已經(jīng)感染，必須住院，且治療不得中斷，至少連續(xù)打針治療半個(gè)月以上，否則病情將難以控制。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">  當(dāng)日打完針后，袁海坤不顧醫(yī)生制止，堅(jiān)持回到崗位，繼續(xù)投入安保工作中，主治醫(yī)生無奈只得放行，要求他每日必須去打針。袁海坤便利用午休時(shí)間或晚間休息時(shí)間抽空到醫(yī)院打針，“住”院多日病床始終空著，醫(yī)生從沒見過他。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
