white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 境內(nèi)群山連綿，溝壑叢生，風景優(yōu)美，是以山地為主的地形，喀斯特地貌明顯。森林資源豐富，屬于中亞熱帶常綠闊葉林，鎮(zhèn)域海拔較高，自然條件垂直分布明顯。氣候屬于大陸性季風氣候，全年平均氣溫16℃左右。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b><font color="#ff8a00">序 言</font></b></h1> <p> 在踐行“時代發(fā)展越是經(jīng)濟全球化，世界力行文化越是本土化”的今天。我縣胡文鋒副縣長在湘西自治州首次提出了“地景藝術”的概念，用“地景藝術”打造比耳小鎮(zhèn)，給落后封閉小鎮(zhèn)帶來了新的發(fā)展之路，也為湘西州偏遠山區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展提供范本式參考。聘用當?shù)毓そ?，讓本地居民積極參與地景藝術創(chuàng)作。利用當?shù)刎S富竹子，木，石頭等自然資源，打造了“翠翠”、“釣魚者”、“武士”、“周易廣場”……腦洞大開的經(jīng)典造型。旨在通過藝術改變比耳小鎮(zhèn)，提升小鎮(zhèn)名氣，帶動本地區(qū)柑橘，竹藝品等多渠道發(fā)展，讓老百姓生活發(fā)展有路子，有自信，有盼頭。</p><p> 藝術小鎮(zhèn)的主題為“竹·源·冬祭”，今后每一年還會邀請國內(nèi)外藝術家參與到比耳藝術小鎮(zhèn)地景藝術創(chuàng)作，還會延展到多個領域的專場展示活動。比如藝術節(jié)主題畫展，攝影展，寫生圣地，音樂會，作品展……我們期待著更多的藝術家參與到比耳地景藝術節(jié)的創(chuàng)作中，一年更比一年好，持續(xù)發(fā)展，讓藝術點燃小鎮(zhèn)。使比耳鎮(zhèn)成為可玩，可學，可休閑娛樂的藝術小鎮(zhèn)，通過藝術讓比耳鎮(zhèn)與世界對話。</p><p> 真正實現(xiàn)藝術服務生活，藝術服務經(jīng)濟。通過藝術介入鄉(xiāng)建，文化注入內(nèi)涵，提升鄉(xiāng)村魅力；助力比耳小鎮(zhèn)早日實現(xiàn)小康生活。</p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b><font color="#ff8a00">--竹--</font></b></h1><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
