color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">生日吃太平面，是福州民間世代相傳的習(xí)俗。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">太平面一般是由細(xì)如發(fā)絲的線(xiàn)面、鮮香的高湯和兩個(gè)鴨蛋組成，醇香撲鼻。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">煮食方便簡(jiǎn)單：將線(xiàn)面投入沸水鍋中，待線(xiàn)面上浮后撈起，放入燉好的羊肉、雞肉、或豬上排湯中，調(diào)些福建老酒、蝦油、蔥花等，芬香味美。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">太平面里有兩顆鴨蛋，諧音“壓浪”。早期出海都祈求沒(méi)有風(fēng)浪，故稱(chēng)它為“太平蛋”。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">其實(shí)，在福州習(xí)俗中，不只是生日要食太平面。大年初一、迎娶婚嫁，外出遠(yuǎn)行、迎送賓客等重要日子或活動(dòng)中，都要食用太平面，象征著平安順利。而生日中的太平面，家人也要一起吃，意味著共同太平。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(22, 126, 251);">?我在東北這些年，一直延續(xù)我老家這個(gè)習(xí)俗，家人過(guò)生日時(shí)，都是要吃太平面。只是線(xiàn)面改為一般的面條。今年我女兒特意網(wǎng)購(gòu)了線(xiàn)面。另外，鴨蛋換成雞蛋。此外，近年來(lái)，高湯都是牛肉湯，加上香菇、墨魚(yú)干，福建老酒、蝦油、蔥花、香菜等。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:20px;
