<p class="ql-block">Dear leaders, colleagues, everyone!I’m Zhang Shengjuan from Lizhi national Middle School</p><p class="ql-block">尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，各位同仁，大家好！我是勵(lì)志民族中學(xué)的張勝娟。</p> <p class="ql-block">Today it is my great honor to stand here and share with you a common education story of an ordinary life instructor in our school. The protagonist of the story is the beautiful lady Mz Qu Zhuquan, applause for her!</p><p class="ql-block">今天很榮幸站在這里，把我校一位普普通通的生活指導(dǎo)教師的平凡的教育故事分享給大家。故事的主人公就是那位漂亮的美女曲助泉老師，掌聲送給她！</p> <p class="ql-block">She has been working in education for more than 20 years and has always been hardworking and without complaint or regret. She has served as an English teacher, a headteacher, a life instructor, and now she is working as life instructor and a student management specialist. No matter which position and role, she has been working full-heartedly and dedicatedly, during which there was joy, sadness, more harvest.</p><p class="ql-block">她從教二十多年，一向兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，無怨無悔。教過英語；當(dāng)過班主任；擔(dān)任過生活指導(dǎo)教師；如今更是生活指導(dǎo)和學(xué)管中心兩處履職。無論哪一個(gè)崗位和角色，她都傾注了滿腔的熱血和全部的精力，其間有歡樂、有憂傷、更有收獲。</p> <p class="ql-block">Qu is also discerning in finding out problems. and dealing with crises. As boarders live together 24 hours a day, something unhappy can’t be avoided among classmates .Something like this happened during a break one day, when she found some students gathered in front of class7 classroom, and she quickly got closer to check. Seeing her coming, some went back to the classroom, and others left at her urging. However, she noticed one of the students didn't look quite right. With survey after self-study at night, she learned some problems happened between that boy and someone from class 4 because of a little trifle, and both sides called up to discuss a fight after class. She found out the one from class 4 quickly, asked the course of the matter, and she thought this could be a very violent gang war, then she immediately reported this to the management. This incident was solved with the proper solution by the management finally. Due to the timely discovery, and the correct instruction, a violent gang war was successfully avoided. The result can be serious if we did not check carefully.</p><p class="ql-block">在發(fā)現(xiàn)矛盾化解危機(jī)這件事上，曲助泉老師也獨(dú)具慧眼。住校生每天24小時(shí)生活在一起，同學(xué)之間有點(diǎn)摩擦也是在所難免的。有這樣一件事：一次課間，她發(fā)現(xiàn)七班門口有學(xué)生聚堆兒，她趕緊跑過去。學(xué)生見她過來，有的回教室了，有的在她的催促下走開了。然而，她發(fā)現(xiàn)一個(gè)學(xué)生表情不太對(duì)勁兒，。上晚自習(xí)后，她調(diào)查了此時(shí)，了解到他和四班學(xué)生因?yàn)橐稽c(diǎn)小事發(fā)生了矛盾，雙方都各自找了人正商量自習(xí)后來個(gè)武力解決。她趕緊找到四班學(xué)生，詢問了事情的經(jīng)過，覺得情況較為嚴(yán)重，便馬上向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作了匯報(bào)。領(lǐng)導(dǎo)也做出了適當(dāng)處理。由于發(fā)現(xiàn)的及時(shí)，加上正確引導(dǎo)，有效避免了一起群架事件。如果我們巡視的不仔細(xì)，那么后果可能就會(huì)很嚴(yán)重。</p> <p class="ql-block">We had another surge of pandemic in 2021. And we had to step on the post in the cold wind again. Although there was panic during the Spring Festival last year, after experiencing such a special period, she no longer has panic and anxiety, but full of confidence and fighting spirit. Once again, she went onto the check point of Apartments. She arrived at work on time every day, not afraid of the cold. Not only that, she also helped disabled people to buy daily necessities. With a sudden surge, shacks were very needed because teachers from school were standing in the cold wind in open air, and school directors worried a lot. Then she thought maybe she could borrow some from her neighbor Chen. With agreement from Chen, she brought tools and materials, from home and called for several men teachers, then they started to build the shack in the cold winter in Heilongjiang province. After more than 3 hours, the shack was finished. Then she brought a big plate for the floor of the shack. And to save cost, from a friend from a glass store, she got a free piece of glass, and borrowed two small sun heaters from stores for the teachers to keep warm. What she had done touched teachers on duty, and “warmed” the neighborhood of the area.</p><p class="ql-block">2021年疫情再次卷土重來。把我們又送上了寒風(fēng)中的崗位。雖然有過去年春節(jié)期間的驚慌，但經(jīng)歷了那樣一個(gè)特殊時(shí)期后，她不再有恐慌，焦慮，而是滿滿的信心和斗志。又一次投入到小區(qū)的值守工作中。每天及時(shí)上崗，不畏嚴(yán)寒。不僅如此，她還幫助行動(dòng)不便的居民購買生活用品，并主動(dòng)對(duì)網(wǎng)購物品進(jìn)行消毒處理，以免帶來不必要的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。疫情突來，板房急缺，老師們?cè)诤L(fēng)中站崗，手腳都凍了，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)們很著急，這時(shí)候她想到借用小區(qū)陳師傅的板房框架，爭(zhēng)得陳師傅同意后，從家里拿來工具和，號(hào)召幾個(gè)男老師就開始動(dòng)工了，黑龍江的冬天寒風(fēng)刺骨，經(jīng)過3個(gè)多小時(shí)，板房建成了，之后又拿來大板為值守板房鋪地，為節(jié)省開支，憑個(gè)人關(guān)系在玻璃店要了一塊玻璃，借了兩個(gè)小太陽取暖器為值守教師取暖。這一切溫暖著值守老師，也溫暖著小區(qū)的每一戶人家。</p> <p class="ql-block">A life instructor is the one who "protects the student safety", "repay for the family bond", "guides the habits", "solves the problem". Although our work is like "meals at the wrong time, discussion and meeting in early morning and evening, sleep late at night, But they successfully carried out the promise of "preaching, teaching and disabusing" on the path of "night walk"; In their "night life", they "use wisdom, put true feelings, offer love, and shed blood", their work is very boring, but more meaningful. “They are working, they are thinking, they are happy”.</p><p class="ql-block">生活指導(dǎo)教師是“學(xué)生安全的守護(hù)者”、“親情的彌補(bǔ)者”、“習(xí)慣的引導(dǎo)者”、“問題的解惑者”，我們的工作雖然是“三餐時(shí)間不對(duì)、早晚研討開會(huì)、半宿半夜不睡”。但她們?cè)凇白吆诘馈钡穆飞献龅搅恕皞鞯?、授業(yè)、解惑”；在熱衷于“夜生活”里她們“用智慧、融真情、獻(xiàn)愛心、灑熱血”，她們的工作很繁瑣，但很有意義。 “她們工作著、她們思考著，她們快樂著”。</p> <p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block">Thank you for listening!</p><p class="ql-block">謝謝大家的聆聽！</p>
