<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">尊敬的各位家長：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 高州市大井鎮(zhèn)中心幼兒園2021年秋季招生工作即將開始，現(xiàn)將本園有關(guān)招生事項(xiàng)及信息公布如下：</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">一、招生人數(shù)、年限</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> </b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">2017年4月1日——2018年3月31日</b><b style="font-size: 22px;">出生的無慢性傳染病、智力正常、可正常參加集體活動的身體健康的幼兒，共130人。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">二、招生對象：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">第一批：</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">大井村委會戶籍</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">第二批：</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">大井居委會戶籍（擁有合法房產(chǎn)）、機(jī)關(guān)單位的正式職工。 </span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">?第三批：</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">持有大井圩鎮(zhèn)范圍的《房產(chǎn)證》或《規(guī)劃建設(shè)用地許可證》等合法房產(chǎn)。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">第四批：</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">父母在大井圩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)商三年以上，有《營業(yè)執(zhí)照》且父母在當(dāng)?shù)亟簧绫Ｒ荒暌陨稀?lt;/span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;">?注：</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">合法房產(chǎn)指該房產(chǎn)有正規(guī)房產(chǎn)證或不動產(chǎn)權(quán)證書，沒有權(quán)屬糾紛，受法律保護(hù)。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">三、報(bào)名時(shí)間</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 為了做好疫情防控工作，請前來報(bào)名的家長及幼兒正確佩戴口罩。報(bào)名時(shí)間：</b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">2021年6月27日（上午8：00——11：00；下午2：30——4：30）</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">四、招生地點(diǎn)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> 高州市大井鎮(zhèn)中心幼兒園園內(nèi)</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">五、招生程序：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;"> </b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">1、體檢。</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">體檢時(shí)間：6月24日（上午8：00-11：30；下午14：30-17：00），請有意報(bào)名的幼兒在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)到高州市大井鎮(zhèn)江可伯文化活動中心一樓領(lǐng)取體檢表進(jìn)行入園前體檢，體檢合格者方可進(jìn)行報(bào)名。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> </span><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">2、現(xiàn)場報(bào)名。</b><span style="font-size: 22px;">符合條件的幼兒父母或其他法定監(jiān)護(hù)人在6月27日帶以下材料攜幼兒前往幼兒園進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場報(bào)名：</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> （1）所有新生報(bào)名者需攜帶：①戶口簿（戶主、幼兒、監(jiān)護(hù)人）、監(jiān)護(hù)人身份證、幼兒出生醫(yī)學(xué)證明共三項(xiàng)材料的原件及復(fù)印件一份；②兒童接種證原件。③體檢報(bào)告。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> （2）機(jī)關(guān)單位人員持單位證明一份（要有單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽名，并蓋上單位公章）。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> （3）在大井圩居住的持《房產(chǎn)證》或《規(guī)劃建設(shè)用地許可證》等合法房產(chǎn)原件及復(fù)印件一份。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> （4）在大井圩鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)商三年以上的，持《營業(yè)執(zhí)照》原件及復(fù)印件一份，社保證明原件和復(fù)印件一份。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;">六、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> 按高州市發(fā)改局、教育局、財(cái)政局的規(guī)定收費(fèi)（開學(xué)前繳費(fèi)時(shí)統(tǒng)一收?。?lt;/span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size: 22px;"> </span><span style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(237, 35, 8);">備注：</span><span style="font-size: 22px;">幼兒監(jiān)護(hù)人須對所提供的報(bào)名信息和審核資料的真實(shí)性負(fù)責(zé)。資格審核不通過或發(fā)現(xiàn)弄虛作假的，將取消錄取資格。</span></p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"><i>歡迎寶貝們前來報(bào)名！</i></b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"><i>高州市大井鎮(zhèn)中心幼兒園全體教職工</i></b></p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size: 22px;"><i>期待您加入我們的大家庭！</i></b></p>
