20世紀(jì)70年代，代號(hào)沈字417部隊(duì)、番號(hào)沈陽軍區(qū)第三局第三支隊(duì)駐地在黑龍江省牡丹江市海林縣橫道河子鎮(zhèn)。小鎮(zhèn)位于威虎山下的林海雪原中。小鎮(zhèn)雖小，因?yàn)I綏鐵路經(jīng)過這里要翻越陡峭的張廣才嶺，列車必須由兩個(gè)火車頭牽引才能上山，因此解放后小鎮(zhèn)仍是哈爾濱鐵路局的一個(gè)中心車站。橫道河子也是一個(gè)百年老鎮(zhèn)。這里在解放前是中東鐵路的一個(gè)樞鈕站，因此小鎮(zhèn)具有濃郁的俄羅斯風(fēng)格，有一條俄羅斯老街，還在半山腰建有東正教教堂喇嘛臺(tái)，俄式民居建筑遍布小鎮(zhèn)。</b></h1><h1><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 支隊(duì)編制是一個(gè)正團(tuán)級(jí)單位，相當(dāng)一個(gè)獨(dú)立業(yè)務(wù)處的架構(gòu)，機(jī)關(guān)很精簡(jiǎn)，由政治處、作訓(xùn)股、管理股組成，下轄三個(gè)大隊(duì)：一大隊(duì)駐地在黑龍江省東寧縣老黑山；二大隊(duì)駐地在黑龍江省虎林縣五林洞珍寶島319高地；三大隊(duì)駐地在吉林省延邊自治州琿春縣雪岱山。這三個(gè)大隊(duì)都是獨(dú)立的技偵業(yè)務(wù)單位，都在中蘇邊界前沿的山區(qū)，支隊(duì)機(jī)關(guān)1973年前就位于威虎山下的橫道河子喇嘛臺(tái)。</b></h1><p 8);">我是1972年初由所屬二大隊(duì)從珍寶島319高地調(diào)支隊(duì)政治處機(jī)關(guān)工作的，并在喇嘛臺(tái)政治處當(dāng)了六年政治干事，先后分管過宣傳、保衛(wèi)和干部工作。當(dāng)時(shí)是支隊(duì)政委王惠寬到珍寶島二大隊(duì)基層檢查指導(dǎo)工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)并選調(diào)我到支隊(duì)機(jī)關(guān)工作的，說是選一個(gè)思想理論和文字水平較好的年輕大學(xué)生到機(jī)關(guān)。我就是到喇嘛臺(tái)報(bào)到的，報(bào)到時(shí)的支隊(duì)長(zhǎng)是于振先、政委王惠寬、政治處主任龍?jiān)?，他們都是建?guó)前參加革命并入朝參戰(zhàn)的老同志，副政委是王福林、作訓(xùn)股長(zhǎng)秦嗣福，管理股長(zhǎng)薛長(zhǎng)慶。他們相對(duì)年輕一些；政治處干事有韓滿壽、王有仁和我，后來又調(diào)來了高俊鵬我們四個(gè)，我最年輕。稍后，王惠寬政委調(diào)局司令部任副參謀長(zhǎng)蔣忠志繼任政委。</b></h1><p
