background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 第一輪：從全部參賽作品中差異選出35篇優(yōu)秀作品，結(jié)果獲3票的有14篇，獲2票的有18篇。共32篇，按設(shè)置，應(yīng)有26篇作品獲獎(jiǎng)。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px; background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 第二輪：從獲3票的14篇作品中勝選出3篇特等獎(jiǎng)作品。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px; background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 第三輪：從余下的11篇獲3票的作品中擇優(yōu)選出5篇一等獎(jiǎng)作品，余下6篇列入二等獎(jiǎng)作品。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px; background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 第四輪：從獲2票的18篇作品中勝選2篇為二等獎(jiǎng)。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:18px;
