class="ql-block"> </p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">一、比賽辦法：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、本次比賽執(zhí)行中國象棋協(xié)會審定的《2020年象棋競賽規(guī)則》。</p><p class="ql-block">2、個人積分賽，比賽輪次定為7輪。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">二、比賽時間及地點：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、比賽時間：2023年12月5日至6日。</p><p class="ql-block">5日上午8：30開幕式，</p><p class="ql-block">9：00至12:00 第一輪、第二輪，</p><p class="ql-block">下午13：30至17：30第三輪、第四輪、第五輪；</p><p class="ql-block">6日上午9：00至11：30 第六輪、第七輪，11:30閉幕式。</p><p class="ql-block">2、 比賽地點：西安市長安南路小寨工人文化宮</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">三、比賽用時：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、本次比賽每方基本用時30分鐘，每步棋加5秒。</p><p class="ql-block">2、開賽10分鐘后棋手未到場就座者按棄權論處，連續(xù)棄權兩輪者不再編排。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">四、“自然限著”：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、本次比賽采用40回合自然限著規(guī)定，提出方的將軍著數(shù)不計算在40回合之內(nèi)</p><p class="ql-block">2、一方提出“自然限著”和棋，經(jīng)裁判員停鐘核查如屬實則判和；如不屬實則判提出方犯規(guī)一次，并在其棋鐘上扣除5分鐘時間繼續(xù)比賽，若因此超時則判負，提出方再次提出，仍不夠40回合，即判負。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">五、記錄規(guī)定：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、本次比賽不做記錄</p><p class="ql-block">2、如出現(xiàn)“自然限著”“待判局面”等打勾代替記錄。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">六、規(guī)則規(guī)定：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、摸子走子，以離手為準、不得悔棋</p><p class="ql-block">2、走棋違反行棋規(guī)定，第一次判犯規(guī)，第二次判負。</p><p class="ql-block">3、“自殺”已離手直接判負，未離手第一次判犯規(guī)，第二次判負</p><p class="ql-block">4、對局中棋手無意中將所走動的棋子甩落在棋盤上，經(jīng)一方棋手提出后裁判員只做提醒注意，不做落子處理。</p><p class="ql-block">5、有問題當場提出，過后不予受理。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">七、賽場紀律：</b></p><p class="ql-block">1、凡進入賽場者，必須佩帶大會證件。</p><p class="ql-block">2、賽場內(nèi)嚴禁吸煙。</p><p class="ql-block">3、進入賽場的所有人員，必須關閉手機。</p><p class="ql-block">4、棋手比賽結束后應及時退場，禁止在賽場內(nèi)拆棋、圍觀、喧嘩。</p><p class="ql-block">5、各代表隊必須遵守賽會的紀律，尊重裁判、尊重對手，不得以任何借口進行罷賽，無論任何理由均按棄權輪。</p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);">八、未盡事宜，另行通知。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35,
