<p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;">由老同事左學(xué)華拍攝于2004年的蘇州河瀑布工程進(jìn)行中</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 上海有座吳淞路橋</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 我當(dāng)年上班的單位離它不遠(yuǎn)，從屋頂上也可以偶爾一見它的風(fēng)貌。沒過幾年就不見了蹤影。近期在料理舊資料發(fā)現(xiàn)幾張當(dāng)時(shí)留下的照片，便想和大家一起來回顧一下。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 它的特殊性就在于，可能是這條歷史久遠(yuǎn)的河流上，在世壽命最短的一座鋼結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合性大橋。它坐在上海虹口區(qū)南面，吳淞路南盡頭蘇州河入江口，外白渡橋與乍浦路橋之間。它南起中山東一路北京東路，北至吳淞路塘沽路。以高架形式跨越蘇州河，是南北向接通外灘中山東一路的一座大橋（按其設(shè)計(jì)功能當(dāng)時(shí)定名為吳淞路閘橋）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 上世紀(jì)90年代，外白渡橋交通處于超飽和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，亟需分流。吳淞路正在外白渡橋的西側(cè)，是分流從楊浦區(qū)四平路南下進(jìn)入外灘以及南浦大橋車流的最隹位置。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 架橋工程于1988年10月27日正式開工建設(shè)，1989年3月全面施工。建成通車是1991年4月30日。是上海橋閘合一的首創(chuàng)工程。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 橋面交通是雙向6車道、S形，分流外白渡橋,高峰小時(shí)流量超2000輛，是楊浦→虹口→外灘→南浦大橋的關(guān)鍵通道。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 防汛擋潮功能主設(shè)計(jì)是：單跨60米懸掛式擋潮閘，17扇鋼閘門。千年一遇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，接到指令后10分鐘可關(guān)閘擋潮。曾抵抗歷史上的“9711、麥莎”等臺(tái)風(fēng)潮位。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 調(diào)節(jié)水位，控制蘇州河水位，助力河道治理與水質(zhì)改善。為實(shí)現(xiàn)市政府提出的2000年底基本消除蘇州河干流黑臭目標(biāo)，發(fā)揮了無可替代的重要作用。并為煤氣、自來水、電力、通訊等四大管線過河創(chuàng)造了條件。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 閘橋工程當(dāng)年曾榮獲國家科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)，國際技術(shù)博覽會(huì)金獎(jiǎng)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 進(jìn)入廿一世紀(jì)后，上海迎來了又一波高速發(fā)展期。同時(shí)接手了開辦世博會(huì)的重大國際任務(wù)，方方面面都在作整體的改觀。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 吳淞路閘橋建成雖然解決交通等城市管理問題，但又長又寬的大橋同時(shí)阻擋了人們觀瀾這個(gè)城市亮點(diǎn)的視線。影響了外灘美景。就有了要拆除大橋的幾點(diǎn)理由大概就是：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 一，外灘綜合改造（迎世博）：重塑歷史風(fēng)貌，恢復(fù)外灘天際線。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 二，交通升級：外灘地下隧道建成，替代了它跨越河流“橋”的交通功能。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 三，已經(jīng)建成的“蘇州河河口水閘工程”替代了“閘”的功能。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 在2004年開始興建的上海市蘇州河環(huán)境綜合整治二期工程的“蘇州河河口水閘工程”。將閘口向前移至蘇州河與黃浦江的交匯口。宣傳口徑稱之謂“上海新景觀——蘇州河瀑布”！由中港三航局上海分公司蘇州河水閘項(xiàng)目組實(shí)地施工。承接了防汛擋潮職能。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 上海又接手了開辦世博會(huì)的重大國際任務(wù)，各方面都在作整體的改觀。故而拆除大橋已勢在必行。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px;"> 終于在2009年12月將吳淞路橋拆除完畢，使這個(gè)座使用壽命不足廿年的大橋，成為壽命最短的現(xiàn)代化多功能大橋。</b></p><p
