<h3><font style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 說(shuō)到藏區(qū),大家首先會(huì)想到的是高海拔地區(qū)容易產(chǎn)生高反,然而,以我多次進(jìn)藏的體驗(yàn)，并沒(méi)有像人們所說(shuō)的那么嚴(yán)重,更沒(méi)有讓人欲生欲死的那么夸張。只要你做好身體和思想上的準(zhǔn)備,經(jīng)過(guò)前兩三天的適應(yīng)期后,除了平時(shí)走路喘氣大一點(diǎn),呼吸困難點(diǎn),行動(dòng)遲緩一點(diǎn),基本上不會(huì)有太多的反應(yīng)，實(shí)在不行就帶上個(gè)制氧機(jī)吸上幾口，吸氧是解決高反的最好方法。
今年7月29號(hào)，我隨同幾個(gè)朋友再次踏上了西行之路，目標(biāo)——阿里 這已經(jīng)是第三次進(jìn)入藏區(qū)了。曾經(jīng)走過(guò)318，跑過(guò)317，還尋過(guò)紅軍的雪山草地。有人說(shuō),不到阿里等于沒(méi)有到過(guò)西藏——那里不是奢華的旅行勝地,沒(méi)有星級(jí)酒店,不能把酒歡歌，但是,阿里號(hào)稱(chēng)世界屋脊的屋脊,青藏高原的高原, 阿里是攝影的天堂:是野生動(dòng)物的天堂、是白云的故鄉(xiāng),阿里還有消失的古格王朝，滄桑的扎達(dá)土林、海拔最高的圣湖,還有萬(wàn)山之祖的喜馬拉雅山脈和岡底斯山脈。那里大地遼闊,雪山延綿,湖泊空靈。走進(jìn)阿里,仿佛讓時(shí)光倒流100萬(wàn)年,就像進(jìn)入史前混沌未開(kāi)的世界。當(dāng)你面對(duì)千里滄涼的無(wú)人區(qū)和茫茫的雪山,人變得越來(lái)越渺小,心靈卻會(huì)變得越來(lái)越純凈。
