<h3> 北京師范大學(xué)（Beijing Normal <h3> 下圖為劉和珍君雕像。劉和珍（1904年一1926年），女，江西省南昌人，民國時(shí)期北京學(xué) 生 運(yùn)動的領(lǐng)袖之一。先后就讀于南昌女子師范學(xué)校、北京女子師范大學(xué)，她積極參加學(xué)生愛國運(yùn)動，帶領(lǐng)同學(xué)們向封建勢力、反動軍閥宣戰(zhàn)，1926年在三·一八慘案中遇害，年僅22歲。魯迅于1926年4月2日在《語絲》發(fā)表散文《記念劉和珍君》，因被大陸收入中學(xué)語文課本而廣為人知。其中有"沉默呵，沉默呵！不在沉默中爆發(fā)，就在沉默中滅亡。"之名句用以悼念不幸身亡的劉和珍等人。</h3> 毛主席關(guān)心北師大二三事</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 毛澤東主席是尊師重教的楷模。他生前非常重視教育事業(yè)的興旺和發(fā)展，把發(fā)展教育視為基本國策之一。毛主席自己早年曾就讀于師范，當(dāng)過老師，對師范教育和教師有著特殊的感情。他重視師范教育，尤其是對在全國師范院校中居于首位的北京師范大學(xué)格外關(guān)心。</h3><h3> 1949年6月，解放軍進(jìn)入北平僅三、四個(gè)月，毛主席不顧建國前夕工作的勞碌，首先到北平師大教授家看望湖南老鄉(xiāng)、朋友、老師。當(dāng)時(shí)在場的有毛主席的同鄉(xiāng)、老師、北師大的教授黎錦熙先生，同鄉(xiāng)、同學(xué)、北師大數(shù)學(xué)系的教授和地理系教授黃國庫先生，以及師大數(shù)學(xué)系的教授傅種孫先生等。在交談中，毛主席對進(jìn)步知識分子在抗日戰(zhàn)爭和解放戰(zhàn)爭中所作出的貢獻(xiàn)給予充分肯定，稱贊北平師院"四九血案"的教授宣言寫得好，并就教授們提出的工資待遇、黨的方針政策、市政建設(shè)等問題一一作了解答。毛主席明確表示：新中國教育事業(yè)會有很大發(fā)展，教授的待遇問題會考慮的，一定會給高薪水。毛主席鼓勵(lì)教授們努力把師大辦得更好，為新中國的教育事業(yè)多作貢獻(xiàn)。住在同院的物理系年輕教師張宏緒、陳淑德夫婦到湯家?guī)椭哟?，中共北平師大黨支部負(fù)責(zé)人蘇士文、馬德榮夫婦亦聞訊趕來，毛主席不時(shí)詢問他們的工作情況，微笑著鼓勵(lì)道："青年人好好干！"毛主席親臨師大看望師友，北師大師生奔走相告，倍受感動。<br></h3><h3> 師大歷屆畢業(yè)生總計(jì)大約有多少？林礪儒回答道："在舊中國師范教育不被北洋軍閥政府和國民黨政府重視，發(fā)展很慢，各級學(xué)校師資不足，質(zhì)量不高。北京師范大學(xué)員系全國最早的高等師范學(xué)校，但也曾幾度面臨停辦，在辦校近五十年中，畢業(yè)生還不足一萬人。"毛主席說："我曾在湖南第一師范學(xué)校讀過書，畢業(yè)后當(dāng)過教師，我知道師范教育的重要性和教師工作的甘苦。對教師的工作辛勞深表理解。"林礪儒又談了辦學(xué)的打算和困難后，毛主席指示說："今后，北京師大應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，培養(yǎng)更多的合格師資；教育行政部門要為師大提供有利條件，使師大在各方面為全國高等師范院校起示范作用。"毛主席的關(guān)心使林礪儒很受鼓舞。在毛主席的親切關(guān)懷和國務(wù)院各部門的大力支持下，林礪儒校長根據(jù)上級的指示精神，有步驟、有計(jì)劃，謹(jǐn)慎地對北京師大進(jìn)行改革，最大限度地爭取、團(tuán)結(jié)一切愛國的知識分子為新中國的建設(shè)服務(wù)，學(xué)校校園也由原來和平門內(nèi)狹小的舊校址遷到新街口外新址，面積增加了數(shù)倍，教學(xué)設(shè)備有了較大改善。北京師范大學(xué)在解放初期的改革中穩(wěn)步前進(jìn)，在全國各師范院校中確實(shí)走到了示范、表率作用。<br></h3><h3> 1950年8月30日，在舉國上下喜氣洋洋迎接新中國誕生一周年之際，北京師范大學(xué)擬改換?；铡Ａ值Z儒校長致函毛主席，信中寫道："我校擬更換徽章，隨函附呈徽章式樣一紙，恭請惠題'北京師范大學(xué)'六字，藉光簧宇，永寶紀(jì)念。"并隨信轉(zhuǎn)送一本書和一張宣紙給毛主席。此信經(jīng)中央人民政府秘書長林伯渠轉(zhuǎn)送。不日，毛主席為北京師范大學(xué)題寫的校名送到學(xué)校。毛主席共寫了三行，橫書，由上至下一行較一行字稍大，右上角寫有"送師大林校長"，并在其中一行字后劃一圓圈，寫著"一般用"，即表示他較滿意的一行題字。經(jīng)林校長和其他校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的一致認(rèn)定，選用第三行題字。證章廠的職工加班加點(diǎn)為師大趕制校徽，使全校師生員工在國慶前夕都興高采烈地佩戴上由毛主席書寫的嶄新校徽，倍感自豪。北京師范大學(xué)成為毛主席最早題寫校名的高等學(xué)校之一。<br></h3><h3> 1951年 10月，毛主席的湖南同鄉(xiāng)、同學(xué)、北師大數(shù)學(xué)系湯教授突然病逝，毛主席很難過，派秘書田家英到湯家悼唁，并具體落實(shí)湯教授遺屬的經(jīng)濟(jì)來源。中國數(shù)學(xué)雜志總編輯、數(shù)學(xué)系教授傅種孫寫信給毛主席，匯報(bào)對湯教授后事處理和對其家屬的安排，隨信傅先生請毛主席為《中國數(shù)學(xué)雜志》題寫刊名。信中寫道："又《中國數(shù)學(xué)雜志》創(chuàng)刊號出版在即，中國數(shù)學(xué)會同人欲請主席親筆題此六字，以光篇幅。事關(guān)人民學(xué)術(shù)，想亦人民領(lǐng)袖所樂也。敢以為請。"毛澤東在百忙中不忘支持科學(xué)研究，不忘支持科學(xué)家的工作，三天后即在傅種孫原信上寫了回信： 傅先生： 湯先生追悼會當(dāng)表示悼言。遵囑為數(shù)學(xué)雜志寫了題名，不知可用否？ 毛澤東 一九五一年十月二十三日 毛主席另在一紙上寫"中國數(shù)學(xué)雜志"三行，第一行和第三行右上角各劃了一個(gè)小圓圈，表示滿意。中國數(shù)學(xué)雜志編輯們選用第一行字作用刊名。這本數(shù)學(xué)雜志成為諸多數(shù)學(xué)家探索數(shù)學(xué)奧秘的試驗(yàn)園地，也是眾多數(shù)學(xué)愛好者學(xué)習(xí)數(shù)學(xué)的重要參考書刊。<br></h3><h3> 與此同時(shí)，湯的好友、物理系的著名教授、物理化學(xué)家、電氣學(xué)家雷瀚，在參加了慶祝建國兩周年的游行活動之后，心情激動不已，夜不能寐，于10月8日提筆給毛主席寫信，匯報(bào)自己兩年來的思想、工作和身體情況。信寄出僅三天，毛主席就給雷瀚寫了回信： 雷先生： 看到你十月八日給我的熱情的信，甚為高興。我為你的努力和進(jìn)步表示慶賀！ 毛澤東 一九五一年十月十一日 雷瀚接到回信后，心情無比興奮地說："這是我一生之中最光榮的事情哦能夠得到我最敬佩的最偉大的領(lǐng)袖的關(guān)懷，這是多么光榮興奮的事情??！雷瀚看到主席的信，仿佛又聽到母親在苦口婆心地、無微不至地教育自己。雷瀚回想起自己雖留學(xué)法國，師從世界著名學(xué)者郎之萬，學(xué)成歸國后，愿意傾自己所學(xué)為國家的繁榮富強(qiáng)效力，但國民政府腐敗，將他設(shè)計(jì)的恢弘的電氣計(jì)劃束之高閣，他因此對國家的未來和自己的前途喪失信心只好到一大學(xué)教書，不問政治，甚至不關(guān)心自己的身體，希望渾渾噩噩、默默無聞地度過后半生。這個(gè)舊社會培養(yǎng)出來的知識分子感慨地說"共產(chǎn)黨愛人之深，期望人之厚，勝過自己的父母，真是想像不到的！"毛主席的這封信曾在師大全校宣讀。物理系的年輕教師將毛主席所寫的"物理系"三個(gè)字放大立在教學(xué)樓前，高興地說："這是毛主席為我們物理系的題名。"雷瀚將毛主席的回信精心裝裱，鑲在鏡框里'掛在墻上，作為自己前進(jìn)的動力?！豆饷魅請?bào)》還為此發(fā)表了專訪北京師大師生的文章。毛主席對雷瀚教授進(jìn)步的稱贊，雖然寥寥數(shù)語，實(shí)際是對全國的人民教師在思想進(jìn)步、為國工作等方面的充分肯定，是對知識分子的極大關(guān)懷和鼓勵(lì)。<br></h3><h3> 1951年11月1日，全國政協(xié)一屆三次會議在懷仁堂結(jié)束。在閉幕式后的晚宴上，陳垣校長被安排在第一號桌第二號座上，即坐在毛主席的左側(cè)，坐在毛主席右側(cè)的是著名醫(yī)學(xué)家黃家駟。毛主席入席后，向同桌的同志介紹說："這是陳垣校長，是著名歷史學(xué)家，學(xué)問很大，讀書很多，是我們國家的國寶。'席間，毛主席曾多次與陳校長親切交談，詢問學(xué)校情況，關(guān)心陳垣先生的身體、生活狀況。還說：'我聽說你的著作很多，藏書很多。我很想讀讀你寫的書；將來有機(jī)會，想去看看你的書庫。"陳垣校長謙虛地答道："我的書沒有多少，歡迎主席去看看?！?。"交談中，陳校長則自己參加革命較晚深感內(nèi)疚地說："我聞道太晚了。過去一心向往國家富強(qiáng)，卻到北平解放后才讀到你的書，太晚了。"主席馬上制止道："不算晚，聞道不分先后。"充分表現(xiàn)了國家領(lǐng)袖對知識分子的關(guān)心、團(tuán)結(jié)和愛護(hù)之情。后來，在全國人民代表大會和最高國務(wù)會議上，毛主席曾多次接見陳垣校長，并與之交談，欽佩陳校長的淵博學(xué)識，盛贊他在思想改造上取得了巨大進(jìn)步。 1964年，在全國人代會上，毛主席再次見到陳垣校長，并與他握手拍照留念。<br></h3><h3> 1958年教育大革命期間，北京師大教育系學(xué)生在條件極簡陋的自辦工廠里生產(chǎn)出玩具娃娃，這在當(dāng)時(shí)確屬不易之舉。10月12日下午，學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指派教育系團(tuán)總支書記楊之嶺、學(xué)生胡筆軍和葉劍眉代表全校師生去見毛主席。三人攜帶著北京師大全體師生給毛主席的致敬信 和兩個(gè)市娃娃到了中南海。在一個(gè)大會客廳里，毛主席利用接見外賓的間隙，親切地接見了她們，聽取了關(guān)于北京師大教育改革和師生參加勞動鍛煉情況的匯報(bào)。毛主席不時(shí)點(diǎn)頭稱好，并與她們-一握手，稱贊道："好同志！"當(dāng)毛主席得知葉劍眉即葉挺將軍的小女兒后，關(guān)切地詢問了她的生活情況及家庭其他成員的現(xiàn)狀，鼓勵(lì)她發(fā)揚(yáng)父親的堅(jiān)定勇敢精神，好好學(xué)習(xí)，獻(xiàn)身人民的教育事業(yè)。<br></h3><h3> 1958年夏天，毛主席的長女李敏被保送到北京師大化學(xué)系就讀。她畢業(yè)于北京師大附屬實(shí)驗(yàn)中學(xué)。這所中學(xué)以學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績優(yōu)異聞名全國，歷屆學(xué)生多選擇清華大學(xué)、北京大學(xué)為她們的未來深造院校。但是，文靜樸實(shí)的李敏卻選擇了將來當(dāng)老師的北京師范大學(xué)。因?yàn)椋?她深受父親毛澤東的影響，一貫尊敬老師，熱愛教育，愿意獻(xiàn)身教育事業(yè)。當(dāng)然，她的選擇也得到父親的積極支持。 朱德的女兒朱敏是北京師范大學(xué)外語系的教員，她獻(xiàn)身教育事業(yè)也曾多次得到毛主席的嘉許。<br></h3><h3> 魯迅的一生，和北京師范大學(xué)有著密切的關(guān)系。從1920年秋季開始，直到1926年8月26日魯迅離開北京南下為止，整整的6年時(shí)間，魯迅分別在北京高等師范學(xué)校、北京女子高等師范學(xué)校、北京師范大學(xué)、北京女子師范大學(xué)任教，這幾所大學(xué)都是今天北師大的前身。而從1920年3月到1926年8月的6年時(shí)間里，魯迅在日記中提到北師大就達(dá)304次之多。魯迅的夫人許廣平先生，就是女師大的學(xué)生。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 1923年7月，魯迅應(yīng)邀擔(dān)任女師大國文系小說史科兼職教員，主要課程有《中國小說史略》和文藝?yán)碚?。他在講授《中國小說史略》時(shí)，始終貫穿了革命的批判精神，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生通過小說認(rèn)識社會。一位名叫孫堯姑的學(xué)生回憶道："記得有一次好像是講到六朝鬼神志怪小說的時(shí)候，他曾經(jīng)這樣說：魔鬼將要向你撲來的時(shí)候，你若大驚小怪，它一定會把你嚇倒，你若勇猛地向它撲去，它就嚇得倒退，甚至于逃掉。當(dāng)時(shí)我和一個(gè)同學(xué)說：他是要我們勇敢，要我們前進(jìn)，不要我們畏懼怯懦。"</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 1926年3月18日，為了抗議日本帝國主義悍然侵犯我國主權(quán)的強(qiáng)盜行徑，在中國共產(chǎn)黨北方區(qū)委的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，北京總工會、總商會、學(xué)總會等180多個(gè)團(tuán)體和學(xué)校在天安門召開了國民大會。中午12點(diǎn)，集會結(jié)束以后，兩千多名群眾前往鐵獅子胡同段祺瑞執(zhí)政府請?jiān)?。女師大學(xué)生會主席劉和珍擔(dān)任指揮，楊德群負(fù)責(zé)沿途散發(fā)傳單。剛到執(zhí)政府門口，埋伏在各處的衛(wèi)隊(duì)，在警笛的指揮下向群眾射擊，劉和珍、楊德群為國殉難。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 下午，女師大學(xué)生到魯迅家中報(bào)告了這一噩耗。魯迅憤怒的感情像火山爆發(fā)一樣，他說："如此殘虐險(xiǎn)狠的行為，不但在禽獸中所未曾見，便是在人類中也極少有的。""這不是一件事的結(jié)束，是一件事的開頭。墨寫的謊言，決掩不住血寫的事實(shí)。血債必須用同物償還。拖欠得愈久，就要付出更大的利息。"這是"民國以來最黑暗的一天"。3月25日，魯迅冒著危險(xiǎn)，親自參加了劉和珍、楊德群烈士的追悼活動，并在幾天之后的4月1日，寫出了《紀(jì)念劉和珍君》這一不朽的文章。劉和珍的同學(xué)、女師大學(xué)生會總干事許廣平，正是在這種血與火的斗爭環(huán)境下，和魯迅走到一起，他們是真正的戰(zhàn)斗友誼。按照魯迅的話說，就是"曾共患難，相助既久"。</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 1932年11月，已定居南方的魯迅回到北京，來到北師大東南樓前花圃西側(cè)的劉和珍、楊德群紀(jì)念碑前，再次懷念自己的學(xué)生。那天，他在北師大發(fā)表了這次在北京所作5次講演中規(guī)模最大、聽眾最多的一次講演。由于聽眾達(dá)2000余人，北師大風(fēng)雨操場無法容納，只好移至露天廣場。廣場中央放了一張紅漆大方桌，年已52歲的魯迅一躍登上方桌講臺，發(fā)表了著名的《再論第三種人》的講演。他提出"大眾需要自己的文藝作品，新興文藝的發(fā)展，是時(shí)代的必然趨勢，任何方法也阻擋不住的。"</h3><h3><br></h3><h3> 魯迅在北師大工作的6年內(nèi)，因?yàn)楫?dāng)時(shí)激烈的斗爭生活，使他充滿了戰(zhàn)斗的豪情，是他前期創(chuàng)作力最旺盛的時(shí)期?！栋正傳》、《華蓋集》、《華蓋集續(xù)編》、《墳》、《兩地書》、《彷徨》、《野草》、《中國小說史略》等作品的創(chuàng)作，都是在這段時(shí)間里完成的，可以說：他這一時(shí)期的創(chuàng)作與北師大有著一定的關(guān)系。許廣平在后來所寫的《欣慰的紀(jì)念》一文中，描寫了魯迅當(dāng)時(shí)的工作狀態(tài)："因?yàn)楣ぷ鞣泵蛠砜偷牟幌拗疲斞干钍瞧鹁訜o時(shí)的。大概在北京時(shí)平均每天到夜里十至十二時(shí)始客散。之后，如果沒有亟待準(zhǔn)備的工作，稍稍休息，看看書，二時(shí)左右就入睡了，他并不以睡眠而以工作為主體，譬如倦了，倒在床上睡兩三小時(shí)，衣裳不脫，甚至蓋被不用。就這樣，像兵士伏在戰(zhàn)壕休息一下一樣。"</h3><h3><br></h3><h3>
