font-size: 22px;">23年前，遵照中央第三次西藏工作座談會(huì)精神，發(fā)展和穩(wěn)定西藏。組織挑選了我，踏上為期三年的援藏之路！來到了世界屋脊的珠峰所在地，平均海拔4500百米的定日縣！定日縣是五個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)貧困縣之一！擔(dān)任縣委副書記、主持政府工作的常務(wù)副縣長(zhǎng)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 22px;"> 修改于 2021.6.30</b></p> <h1 style="text-align: center; "><b><font color="#ff8a00">科技扶貧走新路</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#39b54a">把種香菜破殼后再包衣的辦法用到青稞上，把動(dòng)物育種的提純復(fù)壯方法用在植物上！讓青稞增產(chǎn)2~3倍！解決了農(nóng)牧民的溫飽！</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#ff8a00">當(dāng)年有職有權(quán)想得到就做得到！</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#39b54a">為了有菜吃，老藏民指導(dǎo)下挖井引水(目前為止我還搞明白水是從哪里來的)，收購(gòu)了武警每年換下來的被頭晚上給蔬菜蓋上！</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#ff8a00">為了有面條吃，試種冬小麥成功！利用春節(jié)休假，到上海閔行面粉廠學(xué)制面，親手傳授，面粉含筋量不夠做不成面條，每斤面粉就加3個(gè)雞蛋，一舉成功！</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#167efb">同時(shí)也結(jié)束了定日縣(高海拔)不能種植冬小麥的歷史</font></b></h1> <h1><b><font color="#167efb">化7萬元從西安買來的制面機(jī)！</font></b></h1> <h1 style="text-align: center;
