<h3><b><font color="#010101"> 在山西省聞喜縣城聞垣路口至化肥廠這段路，年久失修，坑坑洼洼，破爛不堪。尤其是國土局門口往東，沒有下水道，平時下水在路兩側(cè)橫流，雨后積水連片，浸泡路基，路面龜裂下沉。化肥廠車輛多，載重大，速度快，熱天車過旋起塵灰彌漫，行人睜不開眼。冬天多處路面結(jié)冰，到實驗小學(xué)騎摩托，電動車，自行車接送孩子時有摔跤者，極不安全。有的倒在泥泊中，狼狽不堪。因路面較窄，人走車行尤其是會車時，人車難以避讓，安全隱患嚴重。這條路是全縣最爛的一段，早就到了非修不可的地步了。
鑒于以上情況，5年來，聞喜縣城太風(fēng)路東段沿途居民多次向縣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和相關(guān)部門反映，至今泥牛入海無消息。</font></b></h3><h3><b><font color="#010101"><br></font></b></h3><h3></h3><h1 style="text-align: center; "><font color="#010101"><b style="">大家的建議可歸納為五點：</b><br></font></h1><font color="#010101"><b style=""> 一是讓化肥廠各種車輛改道，減輕路面壓力，提高安全系數(shù)。（</b><b style=""> 十多年前，化肥廠通往577倉庫修了一條水泥專道，因故至今未使用。 建議縣上責(zé)成職能部門加強協(xié)調(diào)，理順關(guān)系，盡快投入使用。</b><b style="">）</b><b style="">
二是盡快硬化路面，實施民心工程。
三是疏通、加深并延長下水道，確保路面無積水，確保路基不下沉。
