font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify; white-space: normal;">以前，別人的一句贊美能開心好久，在鮮花和掌聲里漸漸迷失自己，生活在虛擬的夢里，不肯醒來。話不投機，火氣十足，就會爭論的面紅而赤，不爭上下不罷休。漸漸地，隨著時間的推移，偶然間發(fā)現(xiàn)，喜歡放慢了腳步，身心也靜了許多。</span><br></h3> <h3><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); text-align: justify; white-space: normal;">楊絳說，我不爭，我誰都不屑爭。是啊，到了一定年齡的人，早就沒了分別心，嫉妒心，日子從容從指尖劃過，不驚不擾，放下了所有的情緒的羈絆，有了惰性，平淡如水。</span><br></h3> <h3><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Helvetica Neue", "PingFang SC", "Hiragino Sans GB", "Microsoft YaHei UI", "Microsoft YaHei", Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 1px; text-align: justify; white-space: normal;">靜而不亂，靜而不爭，不爭就少了煩惱，多了溫和。人生短短一輩子，有什么值得爭得呢？和名利爭，欲望就會膨脹；和命爭，平添負累；和親人爭，勢必疏遠，得不償失；和愛人爭，只能讓生活多了瑣碎，少了寧靜；和朋友爭，只能讓感情越來越淡，漸漸疏離。</span><br></h3> <h3>靜下來的時間，不想折騰了，安靜下來，做自己吧！打理生活，看看書，喝喝茶，留時間給自己，余生不長，善待自己才是最重要的。<br></h3> <h3>欲為大樹，莫與草爭，那是大智者的修為。參天大樹，不是一朝一夕長成，青青碧草，亦非弱者，四季輪回，生生不息，哪一個生命的存在不是要循序漸進，做最初的自己呢！<br></h3> <h3><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);
