-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 語文教學(xué)，如何去粗存精、刪繁就簡，就看一個(gè)老師的教學(xué)功底；語文教學(xué)，就是一個(gè)從看不見到看得到，從看不清到看清晰的修煉過程。針對(duì)我區(qū)近兩年青年教師不斷增加，急需培養(yǎng)新人，為幫助他們盡早站穩(wěn)講臺(tái)，將他們盡快造就成為專業(yè)素養(yǎng)強(qiáng)，教學(xué)水平高的骨干教師。我們?cè)谇熬艑们嗄杲處熣n堂教學(xué)大賽的基礎(chǔ)上，利用本次教育教研月的有利時(shí)機(jī)，11月20~21日兩天我們分別在烏市第87中和31中學(xué)分初、高中組進(jìn)行了“水區(qū)第十屆中青年教師課堂教學(xué)技能比武之微課大賽暨混合編班班級(jí)國語教學(xué)推進(jìn)展示觀摩活動(dòng)”。本著錘煉青年教師教學(xué)基本功，提升青年教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的目標(biāo)，此次活動(dòng)我們?nèi)匀徊扇∥⒄n的形式，以“同題異構(gòu)”方式，旨在訓(xùn)練青年教師解讀文本，整合文本資源，優(yōu)化教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，深入落實(shí)余映潮老師“板塊教學(xué)”重視知識(shí)積累、語言學(xué)用、技能訓(xùn)練、集體活動(dòng)的理念，通過這樣的“同題異構(gòu)”，讓教師深入鉆研教材，促成同一文本內(nèi)容的整合，讓教法多樣化，避免語文教學(xué)的零碎敲打。為此,我們選擇了七、八兩個(gè)年級(jí)的課文作為賽課的內(nèi)容。七年級(jí)我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)兩篇課文，教讀課文《蚊子和獅子》《狼》這兩篇傳統(tǒng)課文來訓(xùn)練教師解讀文本的能力；八年級(jí)我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的是自讀文本《蟬》和《夢(mèng)回繁華》；也是想在課型設(shè)計(jì)上有所區(qū)分。高中組的賽課內(nèi)容我們選擇的是高一必修1的《我有一個(gè)夢(mèng)想》《在馬克思墓前的講話》；高二年級(jí)選擇的篇目是選修篇目《春江花月夜》《蘇幕遮 》（周邦彥），從教師們授課的情況看，主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾點(diǎn)：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
