-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 為了進(jìn)一步更新教師的教育教學(xué)理念，全面提升學(xué)生的核心素養(yǎng)，扎實(shí)推進(jìn)教研工作深層次地發(fā)展，四村小學(xué)教育集團(tuán)立足本校實(shí)際，確立了“基于微課 智慧互動(dòng) 打造魅力課堂”這一教研周活動(dòng)主題。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 教研活動(dòng)從建立微型課題研究項(xiàng)目組開始，分學(xué)科、分學(xué)段成立了十三個(gè)項(xiàng)目組，覆蓋全學(xué)科、全學(xué)段。每個(gè)項(xiàng)目組依據(jù)學(xué)校教研周大主題，圍繞教學(xué)問題，結(jié)合學(xué)生、年段、學(xué)科特點(diǎn)，確立本組微型研究課題，選擇研究課例并確定執(zhí)教人，組內(nèi)全員帶著對(duì)微型課題的思考進(jìn)行課堂實(shí)踐、集體研磨，最后在教研周進(jìn)行研究成果交流分享，接受同行伙伴及專家的再指導(dǎo)。本次研究周，通過(guò)展示21節(jié)研究課例交流了21個(gè)微型課題研究成果，“打造在激發(fā)智慧碰撞的多維互動(dòng)中有效幫助學(xué)生培育學(xué)科素養(yǎng)的魅力課堂”成為研究的共同指向。以學(xué)科備課組為單位，聚焦微型課題、集體備課、互動(dòng)分享的研討氛圍是此次教研周的一大靚點(diǎn)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，嘗試將現(xiàn)代化教育技術(shù)與課堂教學(xué)深度融合是本次教研周活動(dòng)的一項(xiàng)重要目標(biāo)。教研周中21位教師執(zhí)教研究課，每一節(jié)課都有微課教學(xué)展示，力求讓傳統(tǒng)的課堂變得更加靈動(dòng)、充實(shí)、有效，這對(duì)項(xiàng)目組尤其是老教師較多的項(xiàng)目組是個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)。既不放棄傳統(tǒng)課堂的優(yōu)勢(shì)，又要求把新技術(shù)用在傳統(tǒng)課堂無(wú)法企及的地方，項(xiàng)目組老師深入研究教材，可謂絞盡腦汁。過(guò)程中老教師帶著年輕教師鉆研教材，年輕教師教會(huì)老教師學(xué)習(xí)使用新技術(shù)。研究課展示中，不少微課可圈可點(diǎn)，很好地服務(wù)于學(xué)生的課堂學(xué)習(xí)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 今天的教育是為了學(xué)生明天的發(fā)展。本次教研周學(xué)校特意安排了“中小銜接”教研專場(chǎng)，邀請(qǐng)雨山實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校初中部語(yǔ)文教師曹文靜以及雨山區(qū)方勇數(shù)學(xué)名師工作室、雨山區(qū)陶忠英語(yǔ)名師工作室來(lái)校共同研討，中小學(xué)教師同課異構(gòu)分別執(zhí)教六年級(jí)教學(xué)內(nèi)容。我校六年級(jí)語(yǔ)、數(shù)、英的三位老師與中學(xué)的三位老師分別承擔(dān)研究課例的展示，研討課中，中小學(xué)教師彼此碰撞，相互學(xué)習(xí)，都在力求“找準(zhǔn)差異點(diǎn)，厘清銜接點(diǎn)，鋪設(shè)成長(zhǎng)線”，有效培育學(xué)生走向未來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)科素養(yǎng)。研討活動(dòng)全程對(duì)六年級(jí)家長(zhǎng)開放，活動(dòng)中，不僅教師們參與踴躍，感觸良多，家長(zhǎng)們也零距離接觸中小銜接課堂，感受到初中與小學(xué)教學(xué)的差異，引發(fā)深思，促使家校共研,形成教育合力。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
