<h3>愛(ài)上跑步不知不覺(jué)已經(jīng)一年多！從2017年的松花湖首野完賽后！對(duì)跑步就有了信心和熱愛(ài)！先后跑了7個(gè)30公里以下級(jí)別的越野！本來(lái)打算2019年再挑戰(zhàn)50公里！沒(méi)有想到大宋108地煞組成了我2018年的收官之作！也完美實(shí)現(xiàn)了我的首個(gè)50的夢(mèng)想！下面我想我又要自戀般的講述我的首半百的參賽故事了?。?One year quietly past since start running.I crazyly love this excellent sport after completed Song hua hu trail run. I finishend 7 short distances trail run during the past one year! And I plan start my 50 km from year of 2019,but Dasong 108 became my last trail run for this year.I think I should share this experience to all no matter you like or not.)</h3> <h3>我本屬于大海卻偏偏愛(ài)上了高山。2018年六月份完成了關(guān)門山30公里組越野賽后！我于六月15日踏上了這艘名為東方香港的世界第一大超級(jí)集裝箱船開(kāi)始我的航海生涯！六個(gè)月的時(shí)間！我沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)再見(jiàn)山林哪怕一面！我的跑步就只能在船上一臺(tái)小小跑步機(jī)上進(jìn)行！5個(gè)半月在繁忙的工作和時(shí)區(qū)的不停變化中！頂著生物鐘的紊亂我擠出時(shí)間保持著月跑量200的成績(jī)。我知道只有嚴(yán)格的自律才能保持住我僅有的菜鳥(niǎo)跑步水平！(I am seaman and belong to ocean ,but I love the mountain also. After Guanmenshan trail,I joined OOCL HONGKONG( one of the biggest container ship on the world)and start my six months sailing life .I have no chance step in any mountain during the working period , my running practice only happen on one small trendmill .Strict self discipiline make me finish 200 km per month even busy work and advancing clocks happen every day.I knew this is the only way to maintain my rookie running skill .)</h3> <h3>杭州西湖風(fēng)景秀麗正所周知！但是能在西湖群山中奔跑！那應(yīng)該是越野人的向往！于是當(dāng)我看到這個(gè)比賽正是我完成航行任務(wù)后休息的第7天時(shí)候！我就果斷的報(bào)了名！(The view in Hangzhou West lake are wonderful and knew by all the world! I think running on the west lake surrounding mountains must be the dream of all the trail runners.So I registered this race immediately when I saw it,because the timing is just 7 days after I finished my sailing tasks.)</h3> <h3>比賽15號(hào)早上八點(diǎn)開(kāi)始！我11號(hào)就從沈陽(yáng)出發(fā)飛連云港！回到徐州老家已經(jīng)是夜里12點(diǎn)了！第二天起來(lái)和父母朋友小聚一下！晚上九點(diǎn)坐上去蘇州的臥鋪夜火車找老鐵玩去了！早上六點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)在蘇州站！一年沒(méi)見(jiàn)面的同學(xué)專門請(qǐng)了假陪我打乒乓球！看著陽(yáng)澄湖的賽道不錯(cuò)，晚上沒(méi)有控制住又出去跑了一圈！(The trail run officially start at eight clock on 15 Dec 2018. I start my journey from Shenyang at afternoon of 11 December,the first stop is Lian yun gang airport .I reached my hometown XuZhou nearly at midnight .Chatting with my parents and see few friends on 12 December daytime,then step in the slowest train heading forw SuZhou in the night. I reached SuZhou at early morning,my friend has already applied his leave and we play table tennis happily! At evening, I run about 15 kms on the YangCheng lake running roads! It’s really good place for running!)</h3> <h3>沒(méi)想到遇到個(gè)跑步的！我想一起跑吧！沒(méi)想到那哥們一下把我配速拉到415左右。我這平時(shí)5分選手！5公里不到崩潰了！才知道那哥們上馬233，尼瑪我也不好意思加微信了！回去睡覺(jué)！(I met one runner in the Yangchenghu lake,I don’t like run alone so I catch up his step and want to run together.After a while I found this decision is a mistake! My pace is 5 minutes maximum,but this guy look like less than 4 minutes! He friendly slow down and wait for me! But after 5 kms and I knew his Shanghai marathon PB 233,I give up and run away without ask Weichat number. )</h3> <h3>第二天早早起來(lái)，老鐵把我送到北站！我才開(kāi)始正式踏上杭州的大宋之旅！高鐵到東站，B3支C到鼓樓下車！右轉(zhuǎn)穿過(guò)一個(gè)公共廁所馬路對(duì)面就是如家酒店！和預(yù)計(jì)到達(dá)時(shí)間誤差不超過(guò)2分鐘！簡(jiǎn)單吃點(diǎn)午飯，然后等我一起拼房同住的大神！晚上我和同屋大神吳振飛還有南京來(lái)的陳金標(biāo)再?上一個(gè)本地美女張小英四人簡(jiǎn)單AA了晚餐！然后去技術(shù)會(huì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)！(The next early morning,my friend drive me to CRH north station! And I just officially start my hang zhou trail journey! The high speed train arrived Hangzhou east station on time and time is enough for me taking bus! I reached homein hotel just as my ETA of 11 o’clock! So get my simple lunch and waiting for my room mate! We four runners took dinner at 1800 ,then proceeding to technical meetings.)</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">技術(shù)會(huì)的搶紅包比較熱烈！雖然我是逢賭必輸?shù)乃ト?！但是依然希望可以中個(gè)紅包！紅包搶完，當(dāng)然我搶到的只是希望破滅的肥皂泡泡！聽(tīng)大神說(shuō)臺(tái)階多，別人都是路跑鞋！我便建議大神陪我去買雙便宜的跑鞋！心里價(jià)位300以內(nèi)的就可以！結(jié)果我和大神技術(shù)會(huì)都沒(méi)有參加，出去逛了一個(gè)多小時(shí)就看到一雙特步的鞋算便宜，是330塊！算了越野鞋將就吧！(The foreplay of the technical meeting is lucky weichat red packs grabing. I want get one red pack also,even I know I am the guy will lost all the times. After few turns,all my hopes bursted as usual. My roommate told me too many stone steps on the trail.He advise me better use running shoes! So we escaped from the technical meeting and try to shopping about one cheaper running shoes! Take breakfast at 7 o’clock then go to the starting point standby.I thought I have prepared everything last night,but now I found I miss my music earmuffs. Maybe I will have one lonely journey during this race.)</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">剛剛休假回家！本來(lái)這次大宋就是個(gè)沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備的比賽！所以根本就沒(méi)有下載軌跡圖！我的戰(zhàn)略就是跟別人跑！至于跑的對(duì)不對(duì)就要看運(yùn)氣了！(Just come back from the ocean, I have no ample preparation for this race.So I even did not download the race trail map for navigation. My strategy is following the experienced runner and found the trail!)</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">過(guò)了CP1 上山之后就開(kāi)始就路標(biāo)不連續(xù)的情況！原本四五個(gè)人跟著我跑的！跑著跑著我看不見(jiàn)路標(biāo)了！感覺(jué)不對(duì)！停下來(lái)等！還好后邊上來(lái)幾個(gè)！有個(gè)說(shuō)知道路的就帶頭了！我這回老老實(shí)實(shí)跟著了！再后來(lái)由一個(gè)108公里選手帶路！我和一個(gè)50公里急救的哥們還有一個(gè)一身黑衣服的小年輕再加上另一個(gè)百公里的哥們一路干到CP2！帶路的小伙被我們戲稱老司機(jī)！因?yàn)樗母杏X(jué)很準(zhǔn)！總是能在沒(méi)有路標(biāo)的時(shí)候憑著感覺(jué)找到路直到出現(xiàn)路標(biāo)為止！(The trail guideposts become less and not consecutive after CP 1. About four guys followed me and we lost the direction,I found I most likely lost my trail.So I stop and wait the others.Very soon another group catching up.And one of the guy declared that he knew the route,just followed him don’t worry. After some time one young man belong to 108 team lead our small group .One first aid member and one black dress young man followed behind.We call our lead guide “old driver ”.He have a good six sense and always bring us into the right track until saw the red colour marking.Just like this our small team arrived CP 2 together.)</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">話說(shuō)CP2的時(shí)間已經(jīng)接近中午！蛋炒飯來(lái)一碗！紫菜湯熱乎滴喝幾碗！香蕉橘子隨便吃點(diǎn)！我隨手拿個(gè)香蕉做儲(chǔ)備！百公里那哥們讓志愿者幫他裝四個(gè)橘子在背包里！不嫌沉，牛逼！吃飽喝足后，我們的小分隊(duì)繼續(xù)上路！還是百公里哥們帶路！急救跑者立志要10個(gè)小時(shí)完賽！我立志說(shuō)跟上急救的，這樣有傷也不怕了！很快就來(lái)到了50和108的分叉點(diǎn)！隊(duì)伍人數(shù)銳減！一身黑的小伙開(kāi)始發(fā)力爬臺(tái)階！我就跟他后邊，因?yàn)槲衣钒V??！后來(lái)小伙跟我說(shuō)：我這樣跟著他，他會(huì)有壓力！萬(wàn)一領(lǐng)錯(cuò)路不好！唉！不能給年輕人壓力?。∥揖图傺b撒個(gè)尿，讓他走遠(yuǎn)！這一段石頭臺(tái)階路再也沒(méi)有伴了！我就孤獨(dú)的爬臺(tái)階！(It is just lunch time when we arrived CP 2, I asked for one egg rice and 3 laver soups ,some banana and orange,then get one banana for reserve energy.I saw one brother put 4 orange into his back bag ,he must be good at carrying weights. I give him thumb up!After everybody top up, our team resume the challenge, the same guy leading ahead .And the first aid brother resolve that he should completed the race within 10 hour!And I decided that just catching up the first aid brother.Because 10 hours is also my targets.Time past so fast,the 50 and 108 members have to separate from the forking.My team members reduced sharply,at this moment only the black dressed young man is ahead of me.So I have to followed the only guider and proceeding.But the young man seems don’t like been followed.He said this will make him feel depressed.Never mind I shouldn’t make young man unhappy.So I pretended pissing and let the young man disappear from my sight.I lost all my partners on the lonely stone steps and climbing alone.)</h3> <h3>爬了很多臺(tái)階時(shí)候感覺(jué)左邊小腿要抽筋的感覺(jué)！感覺(jué)這有點(diǎn)不合理啊！右邊小腿沒(méi)有多大感覺(jué)！這時(shí)候發(fā)現(xiàn)我的運(yùn)動(dòng)臂包（里面放著強(qiáng)裝急救藥品）纏在小腿上特別的緊！左邊小腿血循環(huán)受阻嚴(yán)重！還好及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不然左邊小腿要廢！趕緊拿下來(lái)纏在右腿上！爬了一會(huì)臺(tái)階！可憐的智商才告訴我一會(huì)右邊小腿也會(huì)出現(xiàn)抽筋情況?。?I feel my left shank not comfortable after climbing many many stone steps.But the right leg feel nothing,this look like not reasonable.Then I checked it up and found my arm mobile carry bag created the trouble. It is too tight and make my blood circulation slow on the lower leg.Thanks god I found this problem early,otherwise I may lost my left shank.）</h3> <h3>還好我?guī)У囊路?！趕緊把腰上纏的皮膚衣弄下來(lái)穿身上，再把臂包從腿山摘下來(lái)塞袖子里！這樣不至于成累贅了！老天也架勢(shì)，知道我要加衣服了，雨點(diǎn)就開(kāi)始大了，怕我熱??！不知不覺(jué)就到了CP8小牙塢了！喝一碗米粥！吃個(gè)香蕉！我就往前面公路跑！志愿者趕忙喊錯(cuò)了錯(cuò)了！我返回來(lái)就上山！爬一會(huì)感覺(jué)不對(duì)，我杖呢丟在CP8了！再回來(lái)拿，這時(shí)候CP8已經(jīng)有幾個(gè)在那吃飯了！好像有急救哥B079M！(I have a idea,I take out my clothes from my waist and put my bag inside the sleeve.This will not affect my running speed.The god open his eyes for me and put more rain for me.Maybe the god know I will feel hot after putting clothes.CP 8 come in my sight suddenly,I take one cup of hot porridge and get some bananas and run straight away to the road. The responsible volunteer shout to me immediately and point out the right direction.Then I started climb the hill,I don’t know what time I realised I forgot my alpenstock on the CP 8.The re is still long way to run,I have to got back to get my alpenstock.)</h3> <h3>拿完杖我再次爬坡！CP8的小坡讓我想起了關(guān)門山的絕望坡！沒(méi)有跑過(guò)關(guān)門山的朋友可能感覺(jué)這坡滿大了！對(duì)我來(lái)說(shuō)還挺滿意！一路飆到山上，清清嗓子一聲吼！可能是因?yàn)橐?jiàn)到大坡興奮過(guò)度！下坡也想跑！過(guò)了一個(gè)高壓電線樁后！狹小的下坡水泥路，一個(gè)不小心！屁降了，右手一只仗沒(méi)有撐住，兩屁股直接著地，左腿抻直，膝蓋前面羊皮骨不知道頂什么地方！頂出兩道血印子！尼瑪！爬起來(lái)前后一看沒(méi)有人，還好，還好！還是老老實(shí)實(shí)看看的比較保險(xiǎn)！(After get back my alpenstock, I resumed climbing the mountain! This slope is quite steep compared with other stone steps.It made me remember the desperation slope of Guan Men Shan .And it made me get excited ,so I increased my speed and all the way reaching the peak. Sometimes over excited made me want to run down the hill and bring me bad luck.After pass one electric post tower,there is a very narrow pathway with full of water and mud .Suddenly I lost my balance and landing with my hip.The alpenstock in My right hand can not hold my full body weight,and my left leg slip forward and hit somewhere caused me one place nearly bleeding.What the fuck is going on,I slow stand up and look around.Congratulations,nobody saw this damned embarrassing slipping down! I will fall behind if I slack even just slightly .Thanks must give to the high price of hang Zhou shoes.Otherwise I will struggle the slippy stone steps will running shoes. Otherwise my two chocolates would follow me from starting point to finishing point.We exchanged supplies and inspired each other .I reached CP 9 imperceptibly !We met the black dress young guy at CP 9.)</h3> <h3>CP9簡(jiǎn)單補(bǔ)給后開(kāi)路！黑衣小伙??臺(tái)階后繼續(xù)發(fā)力遠(yuǎn)去！我和女神依然保持既定的節(jié)奏穩(wěn)步前行！風(fēng)里雨里來(lái)到西湖邊穿過(guò)景區(qū)！來(lái)到CP10，一個(gè)雞蛋一杯姜茶！女神已經(jīng)換上沖鋒衣！我這人就是懶！也不好意思再讓別人幫我把沖鋒衣從包里掏出來(lái)了！就皮膚衣將就到站吧！(We take simple supply At CP 9,then continued our trip.The black dressed young man again try hard and speed up left us behind.My goddess and I kept our rhythm and proceeding with stable speed. Through the cold wind and rain,we cross the crowds at west lake reached CP 10.I took one egg and drink one cup of hot ginger tea. Goddess take out one dry clothes and replace the wet one. But I am lazy to change,because I am shy to ask for another assistant from her to take out my clothes from my bag.Never mind I think I can last to the final line.)</h3> <h3>話說(shuō)今天臂包纏在腿上絕對(duì)是對(duì)小腿的一種摧殘！但是這個(gè)小腿套非常大度！不僅沒(méi)有報(bào)復(fù)！還把我的兩只胳膊保護(hù)的非常到位！如果沒(méi)有這兩只腿套估計(jì)胳膊也得失溫最后成冰棍！(The mistake for today is tighten my arm bag on the leg,this is really piss off my left legs.But this leg covers on my arms didn’t revenge my arm but treat them very well. My arms maybe would become ice cream if without those legs covers.)</h3> <h3>過(guò)了CP10的公園往臺(tái)階上的時(shí)候！一個(gè)白衣服的小伙加快腳步追上我們！我乖乖的主動(dòng)給他讓路！突然為了我這個(gè)后發(fā)力選手學(xué)會(huì)放棄而自豪了?。ㄉ蟼€(gè)賽事關(guān)門山我從CP2的100多名一路超車到第四名，再給500米的距離就追上第三名?。┤缃裨贑P10被別人超車還沾沾自喜！(When we climbing the stones steps after CP 10 .One young man with white shirt speed up and catching up us. I give the way to him on my own initiative.Suddenly I feel proud of myself for knowing what is giving up.Because usually I liked overtaken all others.(I overtaken about 100 runners from CP 2 to finish line during the race of Guan men shan. That made my rank from 100 over to no 4.But today I feel happy even overtaken by others.)</h3> <h3>女子冠軍能力強(qiáng)，人還大度！讓我先沖線！可以多一個(gè)名次！反正她已經(jīng)女子第一了！(The female champion is really nice girl.She has not only good running skills but also good moral standards.She told me to cross the finial line first so I can get one rank ahead within the male teams.)</h3> <h3>大宋108！這是我的首個(gè)50公里！雖然說(shuō)從來(lái)不知道退賽是什么概念，但這一刻當(dāng)我在渾身濕透被志愿者掛上第八名的獎(jiǎng)牌時(shí)！我還是有點(diǎn)小激動(dòng)！首個(gè)50完賽，也完成了在天黑之前趕回終點(diǎn)的目標(biāo)和前10名的目標(biāo)！(Dasong 108 , you are my first half 100 kms.Even I have never experienced what is DO NOT FINISH,but at this moment I feel very happy when the volunteer put the rank 8 medal on my neck .My first 50 kms experience,I can do it and I completed my target to come back within rank 10 before the darkness.)</h3> <h3>8 是我嘴喜歡的數(shù)字。第八名是我最喜歡的名次！也是我首野松花湖的名次！大宋108也是我的第八次越野。(My favourite figure is 8, and today I get rank 8 on the race Dasong 108 .Rank 8 is also the rank of my first trail run from Songhuahu.
