多讀一些好書，多學(xué)習(xí)別人的思想，會(huì)讓自己思維永遠(yuǎn)活潑，才思不絕、情操高雅。教師如果不學(xué)習(xí)，教研活動(dòng)就會(huì)成本“無本之木，無源之水”。在2018年，我閱讀了《第56號(hào)教室的奇跡》、《教學(xué)工作漫談》、《愛的教育》等教育書籍，在完成自己知識(shí)積累的同時(shí)，也努力讓自己成為不斷更新自己的活的泉眼。<span style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 如果老師不學(xué)習(xí)，就么學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)也就無從談起。聆聽名師講學(xué)。短短的兩年間，我們的工作室領(lǐng)銜人多次組織活動(dòng)，請(qǐng)專家為我們做專題講座。印象最深的是“教研共進(jìn)，砥礪前行”的專題研討活動(dòng)。其中，“教育是一個(gè)讓我們逐步發(fā)現(xiàn)無知的過程”這句話讓我深受觸動(dòng)。在教育教學(xué)的過程中，不只是我們對(duì)孩子們施加了影響，孩子們其實(shí)也是我們的老師，逐步幫我們發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的無知，幫我們更加完善自己。這次的活動(dòng)還系統(tǒng)、詳細(xì)地介紹了如何開展個(gè)人課題，涉及了理念結(jié)構(gòu)和和行為結(jié)構(gòu)。讓參加活動(dòng)的我受益匪淺。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
