white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">為了弘揚雷鋒精神，弘揚時代先鋒，2019年1月18日，長沙市北雅中學1710班全體學生在班主任郭晶老師和家委會成員的組織下在長沙市圖書館舉辦了“小小圖書管理員”的活動。下午兩點，圖書館的工作人員帶領著志愿者們參觀圖書館，介紹圖書館各個區(qū)域功能以及一些館藏特點。在參觀完整個圖書館后，志愿者就要開始體驗圖書管理員的工作，首先他們體驗的是如何管理區(qū)域環(huán)境，給讀者塑造良好的閱讀環(huán)境，通過工作人員的講解，了解了圖書館里會存在的一些不文明的想象，比如大聲說話、奔跑、吃東西喝有色飲料等等，緊接著，就分組開始實地體驗管理，通過監(jiān)督管理，孩子們了解很多不文明的現(xiàn)象，也紛紛表示自己以后來圖書館也要注意，做一個文明的讀者。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">第一個體驗結束后，開始第二項圖書管理員的體驗，就是分類、上架、理架。工作人員先給志愿者們做一些簡單的培訓，每一本圖書都有自己的索書號，按照圖書分類法分類等等，同學們很快就掌握了，實地體驗的時候也做的很出色。在這次的圖書館“小小志愿者”活動中，志愿者體驗圖書館管理員工作，協(xié)助工作人員整理圖書等。圖書館工作人員對我們的臨時“小小管理員”都給出了很高的評價。而我們的志愿者通過這次志愿者活動，也收獲頗豐。大家明白了干凈整潔的書架背后，是圖書館工作人員辛苦整理的結果。同時也意識到文明閱讀的重要性。今后，志愿者再去圖書館讀書借書時，也會做到文明閱讀、文明借書、文明愛書。</h3>
