-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">書中說，母雞要花21天才能孵好蛋。人需要經(jīng)過21天才能將一項(xiàng)新的行為培養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣。這就是“21天法則”。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">據(jù)研究，大腦構(gòu)筑一條新的神經(jīng)通道需要 21天時(shí)間。所以，人的行為暗示，經(jīng)21天以上的重復(fù)，會(huì)形成習(xí)慣，而90天以上的重復(fù)，會(huì)形成穩(wěn)定的習(xí)慣。而習(xí)慣的形成大致分三個(gè)階段。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
