white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">兩天的會程安排得很，分別觀摩了五位名師的課，聆聽了六位專家的講座。說實(shí)話，從教15載，原來自己一直就是一只井底之蛙.在井口那么大的空間中自以為是的過日子。這次培訓(xùn)真的讓自己開了眼界，當(dāng)自己直面小語教學(xué)的專家時(shí)，親眼見識了專家那中高端大氣，獨(dú)樹一幟的個(gè)性，還有他們行云流水般駕馭課堂的神韻和風(fēng)采。真心令我折服。課堂上，我認(rèn)真聽講，全面作筆記，不斷反思自己，使我從根本上認(rèn)識到了自己教學(xué)工作中存在的問題與不足，也學(xué)到了不少經(jīng)驗(yàn)，雖然這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)在日常教學(xué)中不見得就會得心應(yīng)手，但我還是如珍藏至寶般將之細(xì)細(xì)地記錄，用心地消化，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)地融會貫通，讓所學(xué)的知識慢慢地轉(zhuǎn)化成我的，我們的。在今后的工作中更好的指導(dǎo)和進(jìn)行我們的教學(xué)，以達(dá)到這次學(xué)習(xí)的目的。</span></h3>
