<h3>每日一藥:小茴香</h3> <h3>中藥小茴香為傘形科多年生草本植物茴香的成熟果實(shí)。我國大部分地區(qū)均有栽培。夏末秋初果實(shí)成熟時(shí)割取全株,曬干,打下果實(shí)。除去雜質(zhì)。生用或鹽水炒用。又稱蒔蘿。</h3> <h3>小茴香性味歸經(jīng):辛,溫。歸肝、腎、脾、胃經(jīng)。</h3> <h3>小茴香功效:散寒止痛,理氣和胃。</h3> <h3>小茴香主治:用于寒疝腹痛,睪丸偏墜,少腹冷痛,脘腹脹痛,嘔吐食少。</h3> <h3>1、中藥小茴香辛濕氣香,長于溫腎暖肝、行氣止痛。用治寒滯肝脈,疝氣疼痛、牽引睪丸者,常與肉桂、烏藥等同用,如暖肝煎。用治睪丸偏墜脹痛者,常與橘核、山楂同用,即香橘散。若婦女少腹冷痛,經(jīng)閉痛經(jīng),又常與肉桂、川芎等同用,以溫經(jīng)散寒、活血調(diào)經(jīng),如少腹逐瘀湯。</h3><h3>2、中藥小茴香還有理氣和胃,開胃進(jìn)食之功。用治胃寒嘔吐食少、脘腹脹痛,常與木香、干姜等同用。外用本品炒熱,布包溫熨腹部,亦可治腹冷脹痛。</h3><h3>中藥小茴香用法參考</h3><h3>3-6克。外用適量。</h3>
