white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們不會(huì)忘記，南昌市委市政府、東湖區(qū)委區(qū)政府為老年大學(xué)的改擴(kuò)建工程一路“開綠燈”，最大限度地滿足施工進(jìn)度要求，為老年大學(xué)施工創(chuàng)造各方面條件。南昌市委殷美根書記對(duì)省老年大學(xué)改擴(kuò)建工程更是有求必應(yīng)、有請(qǐng)必批，并且主動(dòng)詢問還有什么困難。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我們深深懂得，教學(xué)成果的匯報(bào)演出與我們的教師和班干部息息相關(guān)。可以說，沒有優(yōu)秀的教師和優(yōu)秀的班干部，就不會(huì)有優(yōu)秀的匯報(bào)演出成果，這也是我們把這兩者合在一起的初衷。除了今天和明天的匯報(bào)演出之外，我們還有264幅書法類作品，近200幅攝影類作品和30多個(gè)其他各類文藝節(jié)目，無法一一展示在今明兩天的舞臺(tái)上，但它們同樣是精品，同樣是師生們心血的結(jié)晶。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們深深懂得，在教學(xué)過程當(dāng)中，我們的老師付出了艱辛努力。今天表彰的15位優(yōu)秀教師中年齡最大的有70多歲，他就是在老年大學(xué)從事教學(xué)30年，現(xiàn)在教古典文學(xué)的熊盛元老師。還有從事教學(xué)工作26年的朱曉卉老師，以及21年的陶國(guó)華老師、19年的金長(zhǎng)春老師、17年的王進(jìn)輝老師。應(yīng)當(dāng)說絕大部分教師把自己最好的青春年華獻(xiàn)給了老年大學(xué)教學(xué)事業(yè)。今天受表彰的雖然只有15位教師，只占老年大學(xué)45位教師的三分之一。但是你們不計(jì)名利、不計(jì)得失，默默無聞地耕耘在老年大學(xué)這塊土地上，為江西老年大學(xué)教學(xué)發(fā)展無私奉獻(xiàn)了一切。今天還有36位優(yōu)秀班干部受到表彰，只占了61個(gè)班級(jí)183名班干部中近四分之一。但是，這36位優(yōu)秀班干部是學(xué)員與學(xué)校、與老師緊密相連的橋梁。我們優(yōu)秀班干部由于名額所限只有36位，但是優(yōu)秀的班干部何止36位？還有許多默默無聞的班干部，在任勞任怨地操勞著。不講別的，就講這次廳干一班和廳干二班在井岡山游學(xué)，為了讓學(xué)員能夠接受教育、能夠鼓動(dòng)群眾，能夠演出老年大學(xué)的風(fēng)采，這兩個(gè)班的班長(zhǎng)、班干部可謂是把心都操碎了，把一切都想在了前頭。有條微信看得我鼻子有些發(fā)酸：聽到最后一位同學(xué)報(bào)告平安到家了，我心里一塊石頭落地了，是夜無眠，皓月當(dāng)空，一種如釋重負(fù)的感覺慢慢浸泡了我。從他們身上，我們看到了老年大學(xué)的未來，看到了老同志重返舞臺(tái)的身姿。正是因?yàn)橛辛诉@樣優(yōu)秀的教師、這樣優(yōu)秀的班干部，我們才能像一家人一樣其樂融融地走上社會(huì)、走入生活。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們也深深懂得，我們?nèi)w教師、全體學(xué)員，為了老年大學(xué)的明天，都在用自己的行動(dòng)，一磚一瓦，為老年大學(xué)發(fā)展奉獻(xiàn)自己的才智。到現(xiàn)在為止，老年大學(xué)確實(shí)是我們大家值得留戀、值得感懷、值得為之奉獻(xiàn)的集體。我們有許多的學(xué)員，比如上井岡山的這次游學(xué)，一位學(xué)員一拿起相機(jī)為班上同學(xué)一照就是270多張，有報(bào)酬嗎？沒有。還有的學(xué)員做的影碟、視頻，是一遍一遍、不厭其煩、不怕其難。參加演出的學(xué)員，沒有節(jié)假日，沒有星期天，排練經(jīng)常沒日沒夜，有的甚至在上臺(tái)前的幾分鐘他們也不放過，目的是為了將更好的節(jié)目呈獻(xiàn)給大家。這是需要一種何等的精神。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 我們漸漸明白，世界上的養(yǎng)老模式有多種多樣，個(gè)人養(yǎng)老習(xí)慣也有千差萬別，但是如果離開了精神層面的養(yǎng)老，那是沒有尊嚴(yán)的養(yǎng)老，是不完整的養(yǎng)老。從這個(gè)意義上來說，老年大學(xué)就是一大填充。所以，我們必須讓老年大學(xué)招納更多的老年學(xué)員，讓他們?cè)诟杪暜?dāng)中、在舞蹈當(dāng)中、在揮毫潑墨當(dāng)中、在各種娛樂活動(dòng)節(jié)目表演當(dāng)中，忘掉年齡、忘掉煩擾、忘掉疾病，讓老同志能夠重溫昔日的歲月。這次井岡山游學(xué)，有一位工齡60多年，80多歲的老學(xué)員，這次因?yàn)樯眢w原因沒能上井岡山，感到非常遺憾。他說過去在工作當(dāng)中經(jīng)常上井岡山，但是從來沒有像今天這樣留下遺憾。還有個(gè)學(xué)員告訴我，她把視頻發(fā)給女兒女婿，他們回復(fù)：“媽媽，你又找回了青春，你又活回了從前?！彼裕诟杪暜?dāng)中度過的歲月多么令人難忘。它能溝起人們對(duì)過往生活的回想，回到自己曾經(jīng)經(jīng)歷的苦難和輝煌，從而激發(fā)各自對(duì)生活的更加熱愛。這次老年大學(xué)的聲樂班只招100多人，但報(bào)名的老年同志超過了600人。這是一種多大的需求啊！還有多少人是“嗷嗷待學(xué)”！所以我們唯有加快老年大學(xué)的改擴(kuò)建工程，才能盡可能多地滿足更多老年同志求學(xué)的渴望。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
