white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 2006年，我們第一次撤點并校。生源來自全鄉(xiāng)21個行政村48個自然莊，根據(jù)當時的各種因素和背景，我們提出了“陽光教育”，即打造陽光校園（陽光教師、陽光學(xué)生、陽光班級、陽光宿舍、陽光家庭），讓山區(qū)的教師、學(xué)生、校園、家庭如同陽光般充滿朝氣，充滿活力，充滿激情。同時確定了“讓更多百姓的孩子從根本上改變命運”的辦學(xué)思想。由于我們閉門造車，眼界狹隘，理論低下，宣傳不力，加之生源驟減（目前1至9年級不足百人），虎頭蛇尾，直至半途而廢。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 七組 古河小學(xué)張躍豐</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 今天上午聽了一場別開生面的講座，“辦好學(xué)校的三把鑰匙”，下午聆聽田老師的“塑造魅力形象，提升領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力”，兩位老師各有千秋，感觸頗深！許校長用三把創(chuàng)新的鑰匙打開了讓師生走上家國情懷、國際眼光、創(chuàng)新精神、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)品質(zhì)的成功之路，并把三把鑰匙結(jié)合自己做法做了詳細的解答！整場報告掌聲不斷，震撼人心，特別他那種大愛情懷，讓學(xué)生在活動中成長，很值得學(xué)習(xí)借鑒！田老師講練結(jié)合，實戰(zhàn)教學(xué)，讓我們耳新悅目，流連忘返，激情飛躍！</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 反思自己的管理，理念不新，只對學(xué)校的文化進行建設(shè)，苦于沒有經(jīng)驗，理念與文化建設(shè)不相關(guān)，與當?shù)氐奈幕摴?jié)，因此毫無活力，雖然為了激發(fā)師生對學(xué)習(xí)工作的熱情，我加大了課間活動監(jiān)管，針對學(xué)校人少的情況，在搞好兩操一活動的同時，把曳步舞、健身操等引進來，師生在活動中同舞同樂，產(chǎn)生動力，產(chǎn)生品質(zhì)和能力。但與一流學(xué)校還有很多不足需要思考解決去定位。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
