<h3>山東省老年體協(xié)太極拳專業(yè)委 副主任</h3> <h3>編輯： 海 藍(lán) 山 青</h3><h3>影像：楊靜 陳航 鄒杰</h3> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 2019全國太極拳公開賽在文登舉行 </span></p><p class="ql-block"> </p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(1, 1, 1);"> 2019年太極拳公開賽（山東站）暨山東省第九屆全民健身活動(dòng)競(jìng)賽規(guī)則：</span></p><p class="ql-block">主辦單位</p><p class="ql-block">國家體育總局武術(shù)管理中心、山東省體育局</p><p class="ql-block">承辦單位</p><p class="ql-block">山東省武術(shù)院、威海市體育局、威海市文登區(qū)人民政府</p><p class="ql-block">協(xié)辦單位</p><p class="ql-block">威海市武術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)、威海市文登區(qū)教育和體育局、威海市文登區(qū)武術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)協(xié)辦</p><p class="ql-block">四、競(jìng)賽時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)</p><p class="ql-block">2019年8月21-24日，威海市文登區(qū)</p><p class="ql-block">五、參賽單位</p><p class="ql-block">各市武術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)及2019年在山東省武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)注冊(cè)的武術(shù)組織。</p><p class="ql-block">六、競(jìng)賽項(xiàng)目</p><p class="ql-block">（一）規(guī)定套路</p><p class="ql-block">1、太極拳：陳式、楊式、武式、吳式、孫式太極拳；24式、42式太極拳；太極（八法五步）。</p><p class="ql-block">2、太極器械：42式、32式太極劍。</p><p class="ql-block">（二）傳統(tǒng)套路</p><p class="ql-block">1、傳統(tǒng)太極拳：陳式、楊式、武式、吳式、孫式太極拳及其它傳統(tǒng)太極拳。</p><p class="ql-block">2、傳統(tǒng)太極器械：太極劍、太極刀及其它傳統(tǒng)太極器械。</p><p class="ql-block">（三）太極對(duì)練</p><p class="ql-block">1、徒手對(duì)練</p><p class="ql-block">2、器械對(duì)練（含徒手與器械對(duì)練）</p><p class="ql-block">（四）集體項(xiàng)目</p><p class="ql-block">1、太極拳集體項(xiàng)目。</p><p class="ql-block">2、太極器械集體項(xiàng)目（含器械和拳術(shù)混編）。</p><p class="ql-block">七、參賽辦法</p><p class="ql-block">（一）每單位可報(bào)兩支隊(duì)伍參賽。每支參賽隊(duì)可報(bào)領(lǐng)隊(duì)1名，教練2名，隊(duì)醫(yī)１名，運(yùn)動(dòng)員16名（男、女不限）。</p><p class="ql-block">（二）每名運(yùn)動(dòng)員限報(bào)2項(xiàng)（拳術(shù)1項(xiàng)、器械1項(xiàng)），可兼報(bào)太極對(duì)練、集體項(xiàng)目。</p><p class="ql-block">（三）太極對(duì)練：運(yùn)動(dòng)員性別、年齡組別不限，可2人或3人混合編組。</p><p class="ql-block">（四）集體項(xiàng)目：每隊(duì)6-16人，男女、組別不限，可混合編組。人數(shù)不得少于6人，少于6人時(shí)按照規(guī)則規(guī)定在本隊(duì)集體項(xiàng)目的最后得分中扣0.5分，累計(jì)扣分。</p><p class="ql-block">（五）年齡分組</p><p class="ql-block">A組：16歲以下；</p><p class="ql-block">B組：17歲—29歲；</p><p class="ql-block">C組：30歲—44歲；</p><p class="ql-block">D組：45歲—59歲；</p><p class="ql-block">E組：60歲以上。</p><p class="ql-block">（六）參賽人員須提供本人二代身份證(原件)以確認(rèn)年齡，同時(shí)提交縣級(jí)以上醫(yī)務(wù)部門出具的健康證明和人身意外傷害保險(xiǎn)。</p><p class="ql-block">（七）各參賽隊(duì)報(bào)到后，大會(huì)醫(yī)務(wù)組將對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員的身體健康狀況進(jìn)行抽查，如發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，取消參賽資格。</p><p class="ql-block">（八）比賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員必須穿武術(shù)傳統(tǒng)形式的服裝、武術(shù)鞋（服裝、器械自備）。</p><p class="ql-block">（九）本次比賽為全國太極拳健康工程系列活動(dòng)—2019年太極拳公開賽（山東站），各年齡組、各項(xiàng)目（總決賽設(shè)項(xiàng)）第一名的運(yùn)動(dòng)員可獲得總決賽參賽資格。（武協(xié)根據(jù)此次比賽成績(jī)綜合考量選拔參加總決賽參賽人員）。</p><p class="ql-block">八、競(jìng)賽辦法</p><p class="ql-block">（一）遵循中國武術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)審定的《傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)套路競(jìng)賽規(guī)則》（2012版）及有關(guān)補(bǔ)充規(guī)定。</p><p class="ql-block">（二）規(guī)定項(xiàng)目中陳式、楊式、吳式、孫式、武式、42式太極拳和42式太極劍均為原國家體委武術(shù)研究院審定的競(jìng)賽套路。</p><p class="ql-block">（三）傳統(tǒng)太極套路必須具有傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)格特點(diǎn)并以傳統(tǒng)基本動(dòng)作為內(nèi)容的套路形式，競(jìng)技太極套路不予評(píng)分。</p><p class="ql-block">（四）套路比賽時(shí)間規(guī)定</p><p class="ql-block">1、太極拳4-6分鐘；太極器械3-4分鐘。規(guī)定項(xiàng)目必須按照規(guī)定套路順序演練，不得增減和改變動(dòng)作。每增減一個(gè)動(dòng)作或每改變動(dòng)作一次，均扣0.1分，累計(jì)扣分。</p><p class="ql-block">2、太極對(duì)練為2～3分鐘。</p><p class="ql-block">3、集體項(xiàng)目為4～5分鐘。</p><p class="ql-block">（五）集體項(xiàng)目：4-5分鐘。須配音樂（自備CD光盤或MP3播放器），音樂中不得出現(xiàn)說唱等內(nèi)容，若出現(xiàn)說唱裁判長(zhǎng)總扣0.1分，未配樂者裁判長(zhǎng)總扣0.1分。比賽時(shí)，由本隊(duì)教練或領(lǐng)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)配合音響師播放音樂。</p><p class="ql-block">九、錄取與獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)辦法</p><p class="ql-block">（一）團(tuán)體名次</p><p class="ql-block">團(tuán)體錄取前八名。第一名和第二名為一等獎(jiǎng)，第三名和第四名為二等獎(jiǎng)，第五至第八名為三等獎(jiǎng)。以每隊(duì)每名參賽運(yùn)動(dòng)員最高1項(xiàng)套路成績(jī)分之和計(jì)算。</p><p class="ql-block">（二）個(gè)人項(xiàng)目</p><p class="ql-block">按各單項(xiàng)各年齡組別男、女分別設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)20%、二等獎(jiǎng)30%、三等獎(jiǎng)30%，其余為參與獎(jiǎng)，頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書。錄取比例均按照實(shí)際參賽人數(shù)，采取四舍五入的辦法。</p><p class="ql-block">（三）太極對(duì)練：按徒手對(duì)練、器械對(duì)練（含徒手與器械對(duì)練）分別錄取，錄取比例和辦法同個(gè)人項(xiàng)目。</p><p class="ql-block">（四）集體項(xiàng)目：按拳術(shù)類、器械類（含拳械混編）分別錄取，設(shè)一等獎(jiǎng)20%、二等獎(jiǎng)30%、三等獎(jiǎng)40%。頒發(fā)獲獎(jiǎng)證書。按實(shí)際參賽隊(duì)錄取。</p><p class="ql-block">（五）各單項(xiàng)各組別男、女報(bào)名人數(shù)在5人（含5人）以下時(shí)，按同類項(xiàng)目不同年齡組別合并，男、女分別編組錄取。</p><p class="ql-block">（六）設(shè)"武德風(fēng)尚獎(jiǎng)"運(yùn)動(dòng)隊(duì)、運(yùn)動(dòng)員、教練員、裁判員。主要依據(jù)文明禮儀、參賽人數(shù)、參賽項(xiàng)目的數(shù)量、比賽成績(jī)以及賽風(fēng)賽紀(jì)等方面進(jìn)行評(píng)選，祥見評(píng)選辦法。</p><p class="ql-block">（七）武術(shù)段位資格</p><p class="ql-block">本次比賽為報(bào)考山東省武術(shù)中段位考試資格賽之一。</p><p class="ql-block">山東省武術(shù)中段位（四、五、六）晉升須參加山東省武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)協(xié)會(huì)（山東省武術(shù)院）主辦的武術(shù)競(jìng)賽兩次以上，并均取得三等獎(jiǎng)以上成績(jī)，作為考試報(bào)名必要條件。</p> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">79號(hào)楊志兵。</h3> <h3> 這次賽事，裁判把分壓得很低。傳統(tǒng)陳式太極拳一上午達(dá)到九分的僅三人。我在E組傳統(tǒng)陳式太極拳比賽中獲得僅有的兩個(gè)一等獎(jiǎng)之一，應(yīng)該滿足啦！更何況比我分高的是煙臺(tái)武術(shù)名家，太極協(xié)會(huì)的王全新會(huì)長(zhǎng)呢！</h3><h3> 下午的比賽更加特別！我們組傳統(tǒng)陳式太極劍高手云集：不僅有王會(huì)長(zhǎng)，還有當(dāng)?shù)氐慕宀ǖ篱L(zhǎng)帶著一群老道參賽。他代表主辦方威海武協(xié)隊(duì)！我的分?jǐn)?shù)被嚴(yán)重壓低，這次我自認(rèn)為打的比“泉城論劍”更好，給的分卻低了0.3分之巨（泉城論劍9.17～文登全國公開賽8.87）！還好我沖出重圍得了第六名二等獎(jiǎng)，后面有幾個(gè)高手才三等獎(jiǎng)甚至安慰獎(jiǎng)（分?jǐn)?shù)最低的10%）。我們組的最低分比有些組的最高分還要高！</h3><h3> </h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
