white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">柳林手工掛面是柳林老街的特產(chǎn)，已有300余年歷史，屬地方名吃食品。老街手工掛面配方考究，生產(chǎn)工藝獨特，采用精制面粉，以山泉水和面，輔以精鹽、蛋清、清油等天然佐料，經(jīng)醒面、盤條、繞條、二次醒面、拉條、三次醒面、二次拉條、上條、吊掛、天然晾曬等工序精制而成，整個制作過程無任何機器設(shè)備輔助，全部采用純手工操作。</h3> <h3>孩子們親自動手拉條，紛紛驚嘆細(xì)如銀絲的面條卻韌性十足。</h3> <h3>彭叔叔正在向孩子們介紹這些平時在城市生活中日漸久遠(yuǎn)的農(nóng)耕工具以及操作方法，孩子們現(xiàn)場感受著農(nóng)耕工具的變遷史。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
