<p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">海源小學(xué)2011年開(kāi)展校園足球，組建足球隊(duì)，于2012年被昆明市足協(xié)授予“昆明市特色校園足球?qū)W校”，并于同年開(kāi)始參加由昆明市足協(xié)舉辦的校園足球賽事。足球隊(duì)組建初期，訓(xùn)練條件艱苦，沒(méi)有足球場(chǎng)地，只能在空閑的時(shí)間，利用學(xué)校僅有的一塊空水泥地進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練。地面非?；?，很容易摔跤，每次訓(xùn)練結(jié)束，隊(duì)員們身上都青一塊紫一塊。但因?yàn)橛兄鴮?duì)足球的熱愛(ài)，大家還是堅(jiān)持了下來(lái)。經(jīng)過(guò)多年的不斷發(fā)展，由最初的10人左右，到現(xiàn)在的每個(gè)年齡段都有一支梯隊(duì)，期間經(jīng)歷的波折，是足球隊(duì)的所有人，磨滅不掉的回憶。而之所以海源的足球取得了今天的這些成績(jī)，離不開(kāi)鄧國(guó)誼校長(zhǎng)的支持。從一開(kāi)始，就是鄧校長(zhǎng)作為海源足球工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的組長(zhǎng)，牽頭各項(xiàng)足球工作，一直以來(lái)，鄧校長(zhǎng)都非常重視足球工作的開(kāi)展。無(wú)論從足球教師的人才選拔上，還是從足球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)資金的分配上，都把足球最為海源的特色教學(xué)，大力開(kāi)展。每年都要舉辦長(zhǎng)達(dá)兩個(gè)月的校內(nèi)足球聯(lián)賽，還有一年一次的校園足球節(jié)，更是豐富多彩。在鄧校長(zhǎng)和全體老師的共同支持下，海源小學(xué)的足球蒸蒸日上，于2015年取得了五華區(qū)第一屆校園足球聯(lián)賽U11組別冠軍，2017年第三屆校園足球聯(lián)賽U9組別季軍，中共少工委舉辦的中國(guó)青少年足球邀請(qǐng)賽冠軍。并輾轉(zhuǎn)國(guó)內(nèi)，省內(nèi)各大賽場(chǎng)，最好成績(jī)?nèi)〉昧顺啥既珖?guó)青少年足球邀請(qǐng)賽第八名。同時(shí)，為昆明市，五華區(qū)輸送了多名足球人才。海源足球人多年的努力，終于換得了回報(bào)，海源小學(xué)于2016年被評(píng)為全國(guó)特色校園足球?qū)W校，有了國(guó)家的肯定，我們會(huì)扎根青少年基層足球教學(xué)，一步一個(gè)腳印，堅(jiān)實(shí)的往前走。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
