千年一夢在酒鄉(xiāng)陽光中的謎 <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">詩畫：陽光中的謎</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 明皇故里，生態(tài)酒鄉(xiāng)。這里因明太祖誕于此，而御賜地名曰“明光”。明光早在宋建炎時(shí)就燒釀興盛，千年來，明光人在酒香的氤氳中厚植著一方皖風(fēng)楚韻。明光酒，這記載著明光人70年記憶的歲月含蘊(yùn)，已是60萬明光人遞向世界的一張名片。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 己亥秋，我應(yīng)明光詩詞學(xué)會(huì)之約，走進(jìn)了身邊的這既熟悉又仿佛魂夢遙遠(yuǎn)的老廠。廠門上迎面而見的是中國書畫大家賴少其手書“明光酒廠”，這熟識(shí)的渾厚質(zhì)樸的大字，留存在明光鄉(xiāng)親的潛意識(shí)里，成為一個(gè)婦孺老少無不咸知的“明光符號(hào)”。明光酒廠因明光于1949年5月解放，而軍管建廠，今已逾七十年。由當(dāng)時(shí)11家作坊合并而成，造酒由馬騾專事研磨，獨(dú)輪小車、牛車運(yùn)輸，當(dāng)時(shí)造酒量很低。1953年，產(chǎn)能即超過建廠時(shí)6倍。五十年代初，明光因酒廠之需率先造發(fā)電廠，后萌及明光城區(qū)。而今的明光酒廠，采取的是5000噸不銹鋼儲(chǔ)酒罐庫，10噸燃?xì)忮仩t、鋼構(gòu)大棚、3000噸糧食筒自動(dòng)化破碎系統(tǒng)，機(jī)械化釀酒車間。產(chǎn)銷大江南北，聲名遍揚(yáng)海內(nèi)外。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 一方水土出一方酒，明光因其凹凸棒土含量豐厚，加之女山等火山噴發(fā)因素，生長植物里也富含大量的硒、鐵、磷、鋅等。因之而釀出的明光酒，早在1856年，就由李鴻章牽線出口東南亞，并在南洋勸業(yè)會(huì)上獲金邊玻匾獎(jiǎng)。明光綠豆史上即為貢品，明綠液得其精華。南宋、明朱元璋都曾將明光酒定為貢品，可見其品質(zhì)傳承之悠久。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 明光在滁之北門，居南京北上之陸路水路要道。老嘉山上有后周柴榮在此筑柴王城舊址。三界為歷朝藏兵練將之所，岳飛抗金于此藏兵，李鴻章治淮軍亦常來此地，梁蕭武帝曾在境內(nèi)造浮山堰，以期水淹壽陽，期間也大量造酒駐軍。1951年治理淮河下游水患，因清理河道而在柳巷出土商代酒具爵、觚、罍。有酒的地方，說明糧食產(chǎn)量富余，由此可窺明光酒文化之一斑。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 明光酒深獲各界名人青睞，鄧小平稱之為佳品。明光酒在人民大會(huì)堂、釣魚臺(tái)國賓館辦品鑒會(huì)時(shí)，李克強(qiáng)、鄒家華均在現(xiàn)場品鑒。萬里、溫家寶考察過明光酒廠，溫家寶還曾親下過明光酒廠一號(hào)窖，察看酒廠最老一種陶瓷罐。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 明光歷史上也是名人輩出，清封疆大吏吳棠，明開國四虎將之一岐王李文忠，汪雨相、汪道涵均是明光人。這些人情系一方水土，帶著明光酒香走出了明光這個(gè)千年酒鎮(zhèn)，走向了影響中國格局的遠(yuǎn)方。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 明光酒品種眾多，從最早的高梁酒“老炮沖”，到現(xiàn)今的明綠液，明光酒廠人為之深習(xí)研摩，并與安大、安農(nóng)、江南大學(xué)建立科研關(guān)系。推出了眾多品相的明光酒類，營銷量大增。據(jù)廠員工介紹，其醅制的酒泥有諸多藥用，加熱后熱敷腰部，可治一些陳年舊疾。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 70年來，明光人與明光酒已是血溶于水的70載深情。明光酒廠在建國初以其酒稅80%而為明光經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展起到了支柱性作用。1990年仍占利稅77.99%。今天的明光酒廠，亦然熱心公益事業(yè)，在地震、救助孤寡中捐資助力。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 李白斗酒詩百篇，在酒香中長大的明光詩人們，因詩而品酒，因酒而尋詩。因明光詩詞學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)長陳文亮的組織，詩人們紛紛詩興大發(fā)，留下自己的所思所悟所感。我不會(huì)寫詩，只以一首打油詩湊趣，獻(xiàn)上一個(gè)普通明光人的情懷：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 古風(fēng).詠明光酒</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 千年一夢在酒鄉(xiāng)，物華天寶此間藏。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 靈泉汩汩流清韻，太祖賜名老明光。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 常約文人對(duì)月飲，也陪墨客醉詩芳。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"> 古今蕭蕭多少事，深沉厚淀在瓊漿。</h3>
