white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);"> “青春憶，最憶是兵團(tuán)”，是本屆年會(huì)的主題。</span><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">半個(gè)世紀(jì)前，由中央軍委批準(zhǔn)，1970年5月7日中國(guó)人民解放軍南京軍區(qū)浙江生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)在杭州宣告成立。這是一支非戰(zhàn)斗化部隊(duì)，是當(dāng)時(shí)根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)發(fā)展需要，由知青、現(xiàn)役軍人和退役軍人組成的特殊部隊(duì)。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
