圍庵小學疫情防控期間“停課不停學”實施指南

根據(jù)目前新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發(fā)展形勢，為進一步做好新型冠狀病毒感染的防疫工作，保障師生的生命安全和身體健康，上級教育部門相關文件要求中小學延期開學，并強調(diào)學生在家不外出、不聚會、不舉辦和參加集中性活動。為落實上級部門“預防和控制新型冠狀病毒感染”的重要部署，并確保疫情防控期間學生在家“停課不停學”，現(xiàn)將相關工作通知如下:</h3> <h1><font 1.各班建立微信學習群，成員包括班主任、任課教師、家長、學生，班主任，統(tǒng)籌學科教師安排、督促、指導、檢查、反饋學生自主學習情況；</h3><h3> 2.每位學生每天以圖片打卡接龍的形式提交學習任務完成情況。</h3><h3><b>（二）工作職責：</b></h3><h3><font color="#ff8a00"><b>1.教務處職責</b></font></h3><h3>（1）制定線上自主學習與輔導工作方案；</h3><h3>（2）制定全校線上自主學習與輔導作息時間表；</h3><h3>（3）統(tǒng)計各年級上報的自主學習情況和作業(yè)完成情況。</h3><h3><font color="#ff8a00"><b>2.年級組職責</b></font></h3><h3>（1）對本年級的各班級、各任課教師線上輔導和答疑的監(jiān)管、督促與指導；</h3><h3>（2）統(tǒng)計本年級各班學生每天學習情況，上報教務處。</h3><h3><font color="#ff8a00"><b>3.班主任職責</b></font></h3><h3>（1）建立班級線上自主學習群，做好線上自主學習的宣傳發(fā)動工作，做好學生、家長與班級任課教師的聯(lián)絡工作；</h3><h3>（2）做到“每日一提醒”，指導家長監(jiān)督孩子做好疫情防控，監(jiān)控每個學生的自主學習情況，對不按時學習、不認真學習的學生及時聯(lián)系家長，督促家長整改與落實；</h3><h3>（3）提前一天發(fā)布學習任務，當天收集學生作業(yè)。每天對本班學生各科學習情況與在線輔導情況及時統(tǒng)計，并上報年級組。</h3><h3><font color="#ff8a00"><b>4.科任教師職責</b></font></h3><h3>（1）按照教學安排，結合本班實際情況，發(fā)布當天自主學習內(nèi)容，組織本班學生線上指導與答疑；</h3><h3>（2）指導、督促、檢查、評價所教班級學生本學科學習情況，統(tǒng)計后及時報給班主任；</h3><h3>（3）嚴禁教師各自為政，超范圍、超標準、超時長布置學習任務。確保不增加學生及家長的負擔。</h3><h3><font color="#ff8a00"><b>5.家長（監(jiān)護人）職責</b></font></h3><h3>（1）心系家國，關注疫情。正確對待新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，及時關注政府權威部門公布的疫情信息和防治知識，做到不恐慌、不信謠、不傳謠；配合學校、班主任做好每日摸排工作；</h3><h3>（2）配合學校監(jiān)督孩子嚴格執(zhí)行作息時間，督促孩子按時完成自主學習任務和參與線上輔導與質(zhì)疑；</h3><h3>（3）安排好孩子的飲食，拒絕不健康的食品；陪孩子鍛煉身體，放松身心，了解孩子的思想狀態(tài)；注重教育方式，有問題和孩子進行平等交流。</h3> <h1><font color="#ed2308"><b>四、返?？荚u方式</b></font></h1><h3> 各班將根據(jù)假期作業(yè)的完成情況和疫情防控期間線上自主學習情況進行考評，評選3-5名優(yōu)秀學生。各年級組也將評選1-2個優(yōu)秀班級，作為下學期優(yōu)秀班級評選的依據(jù)之一。</h3><h3> </h3> <h1><b><font
