-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        突如其來(lái)的新冠肺炎疫情防控，經(jīng)舉國(guó)上下艱苦卓絕的努力，疫情出現(xiàn)了明顯的積極向好變化。但形勢(shì)依然嚴(yán)峻，任務(wù)依然艱巨，這場(chǎng)戰(zhàn)役已到了決勝前最吃勁的膠著對(duì)壘時(shí)期，且這個(gè)時(shí)期有可能持續(xù)相當(dāng)一段時(shí)間。為進(jìn)一步調(diào)動(dòng)全縣廣大文化工作者、文藝志愿者的創(chuàng)作熱情，落實(shí)市委宣傳部有關(guān)指示精神，特制定本行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">        號(hào)召?gòu)V大文化工作者、文藝志愿者在全國(guó)疫情警報(bào)結(jié)束前，立足工作實(shí)際，關(guān)注社會(huì)熱點(diǎn)，體驗(yàn)社會(huì)生活，記錄、反映各行各業(yè)抗擊疫情戰(zhàn)斗中涌現(xiàn)出的感人事跡，創(chuàng)作出更多富有濃郁生活氣息，老百姓喜聞樂(lè)見(jiàn)的文藝作品，引導(dǎo)群眾正確認(rèn)識(shí)新冠肺炎，激發(fā)堅(jiān)定信心，同舟共濟(jì)的斗志。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      （一）縣文聯(lián)要發(fā)揮作協(xié)、書(shū)協(xié)、美協(xié)、音舞協(xié)等各藝術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)的作用，鼓勵(lì)各級(jí)各類會(huì)員，發(fā)揮專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)，積極投入創(chuàng)作，以有高度、有深度、有溫度的作品溫暖人、鼓舞人。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">     （二）縣文化廣電和旅游局要安排各鄉(xiāng)（鎮(zhèn)、街道）文化站推廣龍泉鄉(xiāng)文化站有效做法，以家庭為單位，發(fā)揮“高手在民間”的創(chuàng)造思維，進(jìn)行書(shū)法、繪畫(huà)、詩(shī)歌、散文創(chuàng)作。指導(dǎo)文化館以“教你一招”為載體，對(duì)全縣基層文化專管員隊(duì)伍開(kāi)展網(wǎng)上授課傳藝活動(dòng)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><br></h3> <h3>　　姚欣藝：9歲，河南葉縣人，現(xiàn)在鄭州上學(xué)。2017年榮獲“梨園春”擂響中國(guó)銅獎(jiǎng)。2020年春節(jié)回到老家和爺爺奶奶團(tuán)圓。在抗疫情封村期間小欣藝參加了河南廣播電視臺(tái)信息?戲曲廣播策劃發(fā)起的“抗疫版”《花木蘭》——《打不贏這一仗不把家還》，呼吁全民居家做好防護(hù)，阻止病毒蔓延，用傳統(tǒng)戲曲表達(dá)敬意，為抗擊疫情加油助力！</h3>
