&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2月10日上午八點，蘭臺中學舉行了一場網(wǎng)絡開學典禮。校長王世海表示，開學典禮是學校每年一個不可或缺的重要儀式，它可以凝聚人心，鼓舞斗志，是新學期沖鋒的集結號，學校決定在線上課堂開始前舉行網(wǎng)絡開學典禮，希望全校師生能夠團結奮進，努力學習，認真工作，做到 " 離校不離教，停課不停學 "，攜手打贏這場抗擊疫情的阻擊戰(zhàn)。</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><br></h1> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><b><font color="#ff8a00">衣帶漸寬終不悔，為伊消得人憔悴</font></b></h1> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;為全力做好疫情防控期間的教學工作，學校周密部署，協(xié)調聯(lián)動，各部門雷厲風行，全體教師積極行動。擬定網(wǎng)上開課的方案；組織信息技術專業(yè)老師和教研組長確定平臺；建立班級釘釘群、教師釘釘群；組織專業(yè)教師制作釘釘平臺的教師、學生的操作微視頻，組織教師培訓；班主任對學生及家長進行培訓；教務處督導各班網(wǎng)絡平臺的組建和完善，對出現(xiàn)的問題進行及時的答疑處理；各教研組在釘釘上召開視頻會議，進行集體備課，研討網(wǎng)上教學。</h3> <h1></h1><h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;危難時刻，團結就是力量！老師們積極學習網(wǎng)絡開課，反復交流，不斷練習。沒有課本，就在網(wǎng)上找電子課本；沒有打印機，就手寫試卷；不會直播，就在釘釘教研組里反復試播；不會操作，就找懂行人請教；面對鏡頭說話緊張不流暢，就多來幾遍。有的老師患有嚴重的頸椎病，卻在電腦前堅持幾個小時；有的老師來不及找支架，讓家人將手機高舉幾十分鐘。所有老師都抱有一個樸素的愿望：上好這堂課！</h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<br> <h3>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 為了給學生呈現(xiàn)最好的畫面效果，汪宏志老師在家里就地取材，自制直播設備，用電扇、臺燈、晾衣架、板凳等來搭配手機，土洋結合做直播。數(shù)學老師祝定英，沒有電腦，就把試卷抄下來給學生講解；物理老師許發(fā)明，家里沒有專業(yè)的直播設備，就向學生推薦湖北教育云，看優(yōu)質課程；賀普林、王士剛、張吉芳老師年齡雖大，但他們克服困難，積極參加學習，很快就學會了網(wǎng)上開課，不遜于年輕教師；常毅、張雪梅、劉瑞芳、王芳等老師為了不影響學生的中考復習，她們反復操作，大膽嘗試，不斷改進；伍啟成主任為了直播講課，在家里自制手機架，學習錄音；王建、吳朝金、劉家斌、熊振興、馬慧、迭欣欣等老師課前準備充分，操作技能熟練，能熟練切換word、pdf電子稿、ppt等，他們勇挑重擔，承擔整個年級的直播；王濤老師被困鄉(xiāng)下，條件簡陋，但他反復琢磨，不懂就問，沒有電腦，他就手寫講課稿，在開課前寫滿了一個本子；王洪安老師注重學情，上課前收集學生疑難題目，有針對性地進行講解；陳治梅老師面對學生提交的作業(yè)，在釘釘上一個一個的精批細改，總結反饋；鄧靜老師找到好的直播設備，及時與其他老師分享；張月娥、時紅秀、周啟芳、王杰、胡玉英等老師為了熟練操作流程，在教研小群里反復試播，解決出現(xiàn)的問題后，才安心走向了播課間……</h3> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><font color="#ff8a00"><b>千淘萬漉雖辛苦，吹盡狂沙始到金</b></font></h1> <h3>&nbsp;
