-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">我班現(xiàn)有學(xué)生57名，其中男生21名，女生36名，住校生27人。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">年級(jí)4個(gè)智慧班之一，女生多也形成班級(jí)固有的特點(diǎn)，其心思大多都很細(xì)膩。尤其是進(jìn)入初二了，她們比男生更容易表現(xiàn)為緊張、煩躁，無信心，有些學(xué)生選擇逃避。<span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">男生成績(jī)大多數(shù)都不理想，主要是以前基礎(chǔ)不好。</span></h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">從歷次的考試成績(jī)分析來看，有沖擊年級(jí)前10實(shí)力的五位同學(xué)馬瑞韓、黃小洲、胡思宇、劉梓涵、陶京詩，班內(nèi)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。這五位同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣好，書寫工整，課堂認(rèn)真，具有專研精神，是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的楷模，是老師教學(xué)中深難題針對(duì)的對(duì)象，也是需要加小灶的預(yù)備隊(duì)員。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">周鑫、胡純菲這12位同學(xué)在全校400名之前，雖然看現(xiàn)在的成績(jī)不夠優(yōu)異，但在我們這個(gè)大集體中熏陶，在同學(xué)們的感染，在小組中同伴互助下還有上升的可能。所以我給他們定的目標(biāo)是蒼中的平行班。他們或多或少的存在問題比較多，而且學(xué)科不平衡，有明顯的弱勢(shì)學(xué)科，對(duì)個(gè)別學(xué)科畏懼，對(duì)老師上課精力不集中，學(xué)習(xí)缺乏動(dòng)力。因此，在教學(xué)中，老師斗硬的對(duì)象就是他們。他們一起來，我們班的整體就會(huì)扶搖直上。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">李若梅、侯君、毛宇然、趙蓉、伏星睿、黃燕、趙秀華、張曉玉這八名同學(xué)雖然基礎(chǔ)差一些，但對(duì)班級(jí)安排的事情盡心盡力，品行端正，對(duì)老師的教育能接受，就是動(dòng)手動(dòng)腦的時(shí)間少，因此成績(jī)?cè)谌啾绕饋砝щy一些。老師們對(duì)他們的要求要和平行班一樣，能把書本上的知識(shí)理解弄懂即可，書上的作業(yè)能認(rèn)真獨(dú)立完成就行，要給壓力，當(dāng)不能太大。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">三、存在問題：從各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)分析，成績(jī)令人擔(dān)憂，總結(jié)原因如下：</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1，我負(fù)有主要責(zé)任。班級(jí)管理不到位，對(duì)學(xué)生的情況還不是充分了解，沒有正確的指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)。同時(shí)與任課老師的協(xié)調(diào)力度不夠，相互溝通交流較少，以至于存在任課老師對(duì)學(xué)生的輔導(dǎo)不及時(shí)。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2，班干領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力不強(qiáng)，帶動(dòng)不了全班同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛。很多班干碰到問題不敢指出，是非不明，自己的崗位不明確，工作不能堅(jiān)持。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3，學(xué)生家長(zhǎng)對(duì)孩子的教育不是很到位，完全把教育孩子的責(zé)任交給學(xué)校和老師。例如上次我沒收了一位同學(xué)的手機(jī)，家長(zhǎng)拿走后又給了孩子，給班級(jí)管理造成很大的不便。</h3><p style="font-family: -webkit-standard; white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4.對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)沒興趣的同學(xué)搞好師生關(guān)系,多了解他們的心理變化和情緒變化保證其不違反學(xué)校的紀(jì)律,在學(xué)習(xí)上不積極,基本完全放棄學(xué)習(xí)的,屬于不安分分子,利用他們的興趣去督促他們的行為和紀(jì)律,做到在教室內(nèi)不影響其他同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí),不能起到破壞班級(jí)學(xué)習(xí)氛圍的一部分,找到他們的突破口在某一個(gè)的科目上讓他們找到自信,在成績(jī)據(jù)后面的同學(xué)行列里形成競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。</h3> <p style="font-family: -webkit-standard;
