家訪，一場行走的教育——云南元江紅軍小學(xué)（元江第二小學(xué)）五年級組家訪進(jìn)行時(shí)

<p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       緊張有序的線上學(xué)習(xí)已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了九周，雖然假期延遲了老師與同學(xué)們見面的時(shí)間，但并沒有延遲老師對孩子們的愛。乘著這融冶的春風(fēng)，我們的家訪之旅開啟了。</h3> <h3>　　在學(xué)校的精心計(jì)劃與部署下，我們五年級四個(gè)班也積極響應(yīng)學(xué)校計(jì)劃，有計(jì)劃有針對地齊出發(fā)奔向我們的學(xué)生家里面。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       因?yàn)榧彝デ闆r，有部分學(xué)生一直沒有參與到線上學(xué)習(xí)。這一次，老師在多次聯(lián)系無果的情況下終于找到了一直沒有參與學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)生。她們耐心細(xì)致地了解學(xué)生情況，與他講道理，對他提出要求，終于讓他參與到線上學(xué)習(xí)中來了。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">      學(xué)生的安全教育，也是這次家訪的重要內(nèi)容。五年級四個(gè)班的老師都在詳細(xì)地給家長和孩子宣傳病毒防疫知識(shí)和防溺水、防交通等安全教育。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">       一切為了孩子，老師們對本班孩子都非常上心，在家里面就進(jìn)行了微課教學(xué)，隨處拿起生活中的教具就開始講課了。同時(shí)對線上學(xué)習(xí)跟進(jìn)的不錯(cuò)，對在學(xué)習(xí)過程中，自覺性較差，老師在線上布置的知識(shí)沒有及時(shí)消化的，她提出了有針對性的要求，使我們的線上教學(xué)取得很好的成果。</h3> <p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;"><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961);">       我們針對一些共性的問題共同探討提出合理化建議：</span><br></h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">1.規(guī)律作息時(shí)間，養(yǎng)成早睡早起的習(xí)慣</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">2.對線上學(xué)習(xí)提供好的建議和方法。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">3.作業(yè)遇到困難的題目要形成錯(cuò)題本一對一輔導(dǎo)。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">4.錯(cuò)題及時(shí)更正。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">5.堅(jiān)持每天打卡學(xué)習(xí)，老師們細(xì)心登記。</h3><p style="white-space: normal; -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.301961); -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto;">   家訪過程中我們還感受到家長們極大的熱情，每到一個(gè)家庭都能看到家長一張張熱情的笑臉，通過“拉家?！钡姆绞搅私獾綄W(xué)生的在家情況，家長們對老師前來家訪的教育行為非常感動(dòng)，并紛紛表示積極配合老師，我們老師也紛紛提出了合理的生活學(xué)習(xí)建議，效果也非常明顯。相信我們年級全體老師共同努力共同奮斗，我們會(huì)擁有一個(gè)美好的明天。</h3> <h3>圖文：五年級全體教師</h3><h3>編輯：普自能</h3><h3>初審：王文芳</h3><h3>終審：馬會(huì)花</h3>
