莫言的新書(shū)《晚熟的人》里有一句話是這樣說(shuō)的：一個(gè)人，特別想成為一個(gè)什么，但始終沒(méi)有成為一個(gè)什么，那么這個(gè)什么也就成了他一輩子都魂?duì)繅?mèng)繞的什么。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 少年時(shí)期，我沒(méi)有上成大學(xué)而改讀中等師范，所以，一直以來(lái)讀書(shū)就是我魂?duì)繅?mèng)縈的愿望。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 2020年8月30號(hào)，被過(guò)敏折磨得半死的我在楊帆妹妹的提點(diǎn)下，毅然報(bào)名《國(guó)培計(jì)劃2020：重慶市小學(xué)語(yǔ)文名師培養(yǎng)對(duì)象培訓(xùn)班》，參加遴選。沒(méi)想到，這塊餡餅居然砸中了我，我成了2020重慶市小學(xué)語(yǔ)文名師培養(yǎng)對(duì)象培訓(xùn)班的一員。60天的國(guó)培，當(dāng)回學(xué)生，讓我盼望好久的夢(mèng)終于實(shí)現(xiàn)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">成年人的學(xué)習(xí)是艱辛的，哪能像少年時(shí)代說(shuō)走就走，說(shuō)學(xué)就學(xué)。報(bào)到之前，我得安排好班級(jí)課程，教導(dǎo)處我分管的工作，還要安頓好學(xué)生，安撫好家長(zhǎng)的情緒。2020年10月11日下午報(bào)到，晚上開(kāi)班儀式，正式開(kāi)啟國(guó)培學(xué)習(xí)，開(kāi)啟不一樣的一段旅程。繼續(xù)學(xué)院但松建、渝中區(qū)教師進(jìn)修學(xué)院王小毅《國(guó)培課程方案解讀》。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 我們的學(xué)習(xí)分為四個(gè)階段：第一階段：10月11日至11月1日（元達(dá)鴻酒店22天集中研修）；第二階段：11月9日至11月30日（20天：元達(dá)鴻集中5天，江蘇鹽城師范學(xué)院15天）；第三、四階段：12月7日至12月24日（重慶二師18天：?jiǎn)卧w教學(xué)課例展示、小組論壇、論文答辯）。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 我們班主任是陳蕊老師，首席班主任是鼎鼎大名的王小毅老師。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">收到國(guó)培相關(guān)文件，就在國(guó)培學(xué)員里找熟人，有一個(gè)名字立刻跳入我的眼簾：曾春燕。她是我的學(xué)姐，也是我曾經(jīng)工作過(guò)的南峰小學(xué)的老師，雖然我們沒(méi)有同事過(guò)，但彼此都很熟悉。因?yàn)槲咨娇h城小，人際關(guān)系親密，還也許我們倆都是很認(rèn)真的人，都會(huì)互相聽(tīng)說(shuō)彼此。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57, 181, 74);">有了熟人，還沒(méi)報(bào)到就相約同住一間房，我午休，她常住。10月12日的午休，我們回到20年前的午休時(shí)光。拍照向另外的同學(xué)訴說(shuō)相逢的喜悅。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(57,
