color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">——《尋夢者》</b></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(255, 138, 0);">對于教師來說，教育是夢，課堂就是夢中花。</b></p><p><br></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"> 三尺講臺(tái)齊爭艷，教學(xué)比武促提高。為創(chuàng)新課堂教學(xué)模式，打造高效課堂，加強(qiáng)我校教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，促進(jìn)教師成長，我校于2020年12月21日-24日舉辦了為期四天的教師課堂教學(xué)大比武賽課活動(dòng)。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 20px;"> 為確保本次活動(dòng)順利進(jìn)行，在付國浩校長的帶領(lǐng)下，教務(wù)處討論制定出活動(dòng)方案和時(shí)間安排表，讓活動(dòng)有序、高質(zhì)量完成。為了公正，公開，公平，本次比賽評委由五位校級行政組成，他們分別是：黃長龍主任，張來龍主任，王敦榮主任，陳玉紅主任和徐聯(lián)斌助理。</span></p><p><br></p> <p> </p><p> 為了讓教師教學(xué)比武大賽順利開展，教務(wù)處王主任專門召開了教學(xué)比武會(huì)議。</p> <p><span style="font-size: 20px;"> 課堂，既是學(xué)生們求知的殿堂，也是老師們揮灑汗水的舞臺(tái)。十六位教師展現(xiàn)了各自不同的教學(xué)風(fēng)采， 他們分別從低、中、高段學(xué)生的認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)出發(fā)，創(chuàng)設(shè)愉快的環(huán)境，以情促讀，讀中感悟的同時(shí)，抓住重點(diǎn) 句子和關(guān)鍵詞剖析文本，讓學(xué)生更好地理解，同時(shí)在教學(xué)中運(yùn)用多種教學(xué)方法讓學(xué)生的觀察、思維能力得到了培養(yǎng)，教學(xué)精彩紛呈，各具特色，很好地體現(xiàn)了教師良好的個(gè)人素質(zhì)、扎實(shí)的教學(xué)基本功和教學(xué)技能。參賽老師聲情并茂地授課，學(xué)生全神貫注地聽講，評委和聽課老師在用眼睛和耳朵捕捉著每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)……</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 20px;"> 本次所有的參賽課，節(jié)節(jié)皆有亮點(diǎn)，人人都拿出了獨(dú)門秘籍。下面是各科組十六堂課的紀(jì)實(shí)掠影。</span></p> <p><br></p><p><b style="color: rgb(176, 79, 187);
