I found that there are more and more notes with the names of students in our class on the etiquette wall of the school, which are in the eyes of teachers and in the hearts of students.</p><p class="ql-block">第二段:有實(shí)效的德育工作,更應(yīng)該抓好低小細(xì)實(shí)的事情。六個一課程體系中的日行一善,聚焦的恰恰就是學(xué)生每日的一言一行?!吨芤住酚性?積善之家,必有余慶,積不善之家,必有余殃。我認(rèn)為培養(yǎng)孩子有善心、善行、善意要從小抓起。"日行一善"的初衷就是引導(dǎo)學(xué)生每天都做一件好事。像"學(xué)雷鋒做好事", "善待小動物", "講文明懂禮貌",今天主動禮讓、主動幫助同學(xué)做值日等等等,都是日行一善。我們尤為提倡的就是今天和昨天比你進(jìn)步了嗎,以此來激勵學(xué)生。我依托學(xué)校文明禮儀文化墻"我和昨天比進(jìn)步"來開展班級日行一善的。每天讓學(xué)生在睡前"靜夜思”,就是反思今天在文明禮儀方面的點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步,例如:"我今天上課聽課很認(rèn)真”, "今天放學(xué)主動和老師說再見了”等。讓他們把這些記錄在日行一善記錄本上,然后挑選最優(yōu)秀的,設(shè)計(jì)成精美的便條,粘貼在學(xué)校的文化墻上。我發(fā)現(xiàn),我們班的學(xué)生對于這件事都非常的感興趣,展現(xiàn)自己最好的一面,從每天只能精選出一張便條到后來的兩張三張,直至越來越多,逐漸地我們班的文明氛圍變得越來越好了。我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)校禮儀墻上帶有我們班級學(xué)生名字的便條也越來越多了,看在老師眼里,喜在學(xué)生心上。</p> <p class="ql-block">The third paragraph:Every day, I send the notes of the excellent performance of the children to the class group, so that the parents can see the progress of the students, and also let the parents share the civilized behavior of the children at home every day, encourage each other, give the children the confidence to adhere to every day, and build a long-term mechanism of home-school co-education.
