font-size: 20px;"> 寧東第二幼兒園是寧東基地管委會新建的一所公辦幼兒園，園內(nèi)環(huán)境優(yōu)美整潔、設(shè)施設(shè)備齊全、師資力量達標(biāo)。為了使家長朋友們更清楚的了解到我園招生信息和要求，方便家長為幼兒做好入園報名工作，根據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)定，現(xiàn)將2022年春季招生事項公布如下：</b></p> 招生范圍 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2016年9月1日至2017年8月31日期間出生的適齡幼兒。 </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">大班招生對象：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2015年9月1日至2016年8月31日期間出生的適齡幼兒。</b></p> 政策性統(tǒng)籌安排 <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 本次招生將優(yōu)先滿足以下適齡幼兒入園：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 1．寧東基地政策性移民戶（西吉縣）適齡幼兒；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 2．寧東鎮(zhèn)戶籍孤兒、殘兒、低保戶等困難戶適齡幼兒；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 3．父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人戶籍地或工作地在寧東域內(nèi)的烈士子女、現(xiàn)役軍人子女、國家綜合性消防救援隊伍人員子女、公安英模和因公犧牲傷殘警察子女、寧東基地引進高層次人才子女及其他需優(yōu)待照顧對象適齡幼兒。</b></p> 招生計劃及方式 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> （一）寧東第二幼兒園2022年春季擬招收小班、中班、大班共18個教學(xué)班，幼兒540名，其中小班每班25人，中班每班30人，大班每班35人；具體各年段班級數(shù)根據(jù)實際報名人數(shù)進行確定。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> （二）本次報名采用現(xiàn)場報名的方式進行。如報名登記人數(shù)超出招生計劃數(shù)，將按照報名先后順序確定入園幼兒名單。</b></p> 招生程序 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> （一）發(fā)布公告。2月16日-2月20日發(fā)布《寧東第二幼兒園2022年春季招生簡章》，向社會告知招生計劃、條件、程序及要求。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> （二）發(fā)放順序號。報名時間共三天，從2022年2月21日（星期一）上午8：30開始，2022年2月23日（星期三）下午5：00結(jié)束；按照疫情防控要求，為避免人員過于集中，報名時間范圍內(nèi)每天（上午8：30-12：00，下午2：00-5：00）各發(fā)放180-200個報名順序號，家長持號報名登記，其中政策性統(tǒng)籌安排優(yōu)先入園的不受號碼限制，學(xué)位報滿后停止發(fā)號。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> （三）驗碼測溫。政策性統(tǒng)籌安排優(yōu)先入園和取得報名順序號的家長按照規(guī)定出示健康碼及行程碼，并主動接受測溫，驗碼測溫合格后方可進園。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;"> （四）現(xiàn)場登記報名。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 20px;">驗碼測溫合格的家長（每個家庭限定家長1名，不帶幼兒）攜帶相關(guān)證件材料進行現(xiàn)場登記報名，屬政策性統(tǒng)籌安排的幼兒，家長需提前準備好相關(guān)證明性材料（證件、文件或單位介紹信）。</b></p> 報名所需證件材料 <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">1. 幼兒戶口簿原件、復(fù)印件或者幼兒出生證原件及復(fù)印件；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">2．預(yù)防接種證原件、復(fù)印件，預(yù)防接種證查驗審核報告；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">3．幼兒體檢報告單;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">4．保險單原件及復(fù)印件;</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">5．政策性統(tǒng)籌安排優(yōu)先入園的除提供以上材料外，還需提供相關(guān)證明材料：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">（1）寧東基地政策性移民戶（西吉縣）適齡幼兒，寧東鎮(zhèn)戶籍孤兒、殘兒、低保戶等困難戶適齡幼兒須在寧東基地相關(guān)電腦系統(tǒng)內(nèi)（民政云系統(tǒng)、扶貧系統(tǒng)），并持有國家或政府部門統(tǒng)一下發(fā)的相關(guān)證件和所在社區(qū)或?qū)帠|鎮(zhèn)審核出具的介紹信；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">（2）父母或其他法定監(jiān)護人戶籍地或工作地在寧東域內(nèi)的烈士子女、現(xiàn)役軍人子女、國家綜合性消防救援隊伍人員子女、公安英模和因公犧牲傷殘警察子女由所在單位審核出具；</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);">（3）寧東基地引進高層次人才子女由寧東基地管委會相關(guān)部門審核出具。</b></p> 注意事項 <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);
