color: rgb(237, 35, 8);"> ——朱熹</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 瀍壑朱櫻是洛陽八小景之一。瀍河流經(jīng)邙山，年久成壑，兩岸遍植朱櫻，萬木回春之際，極目遠眺，綠樹叢中櫻桃露出朱顏，綿延數(shù)里，十分壯觀，故被稱為“瀍壑朱櫻”。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(57, 181, 74);"> 為還原“洛陽八小景”之一瀍壑朱櫻，讓市民在春暖花開時看到櫻花爛漫的美景，洛陽以瀍河入洛河口為中心，在往北900米，往西、往東400米的范圍內(nèi)大面積栽植櫻花。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> </b><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);"> 瀍壑朱櫻景觀位于瀍河與洛河交匯處，與我市明堂天堂景區(qū)較為相似，都形成了一塔一閣的景觀布局。瀍壑朱櫻是洛河示范段六大景觀之一，占地兩萬多平方米，建造朱櫻塔、晴望閣等景觀建筑，在周圍種植與朱櫻主題相符的樹木，為市民打造一個賞花、觀水的休閑娛樂空間。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(176, 79, 187);">?</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 3月21日，陰天，在瀍壑朱櫻景區(qū)拍照。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> “晴望閣”取自于白居易兩首詩詞《洛川晴望賦》“嘉旬雨之時晴，葉秋成而適愿……遠水澄碧，群山結(jié)青。山水隱映，花氣氳冥?！薄逗油で缤贰帮L轉(zhuǎn)云頭斂，煙銷水面開。”意為在陽光明媚的晴天登閣望景，景色怡人。下方結(jié)構(gòu)名為“團城”，古代作為軍事瞭望、防御敵方等用處，現(xiàn)將團城置于水中用于提升景觀性，通過城墻中的空隙觀景，讓我們體驗到了“移步換景”與“景中景”的美妙。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 朱櫻塔寶頂承臺高度36.9米，意為三、六、九，在《周易》中，三代表“天、地、人”；六有吉祥、順利之意；九意為“天長地久”，代表著“天”或“神圣”。塔的層數(shù)明五暗九，暗合“九五之尊”，塔的形式為八角，契合周易八卦八個方位，游客登上朱櫻塔可以從東、南、西、北等八個方向全方位觀景。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); font-size: 22px;"> “別苑”意為帝王游獵之所，景點以“武則天游春賞櫻”為主題，取名“朱櫻別苑”意指武則天專用游獵場地。此地建造時，通過開挖大堤，引入小型的合圍式下沉庭院，為游客提供了休憩和消費的空間。別苑地面的浮雕內(nèi)容為武則天春游：早春三月，武后帶領(lǐng)著隨從，登塔望閣，踏青賞櫻，流連忘返，充分展示了以“武則天游春賞櫻”為主題的設(shè)計理念。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 瀍壑朱櫻以隋唐洛陽城為原型，在節(jié)點內(nèi)遍植朱櫻，打造朱櫻別苑、朱櫻塔、晴望閣等建筑群。以“武則天春游賞櫻”為主題定位，讓游客在賞景之余，領(lǐng)略隋唐觀廊橋、觀景亭、休憩亭等園林建筑，營造傳統(tǒng)文化氛圍。整體植物以櫻花為主題，在瀍河兩岸種植早櫻，晚櫻，吉野櫻等多個品種，全新演繹“朱櫻不少見，瀍壑盡陽光”的美景。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251); color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 洛河水系綜合整治示范段工程，西起洛陽橋，東至李城橋，全長5.5公里。項目自2014年9月開工，2017年3月竣工，總投資10.88億元。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容為：景觀提升、亮麗工程、生態(tài)治岸、生態(tài)治灘、監(jiān)控預(yù)警信息化系統(tǒng)等。該工程由北控水務(wù)集團、南京市政設(shè)計院、中鐵四局組成的聯(lián)合體組織建設(shè)。突出“改善水環(huán)境、修復水生態(tài)、塑造水文化”的治河理念，高起點設(shè)計，高標準建設(shè)，在塑造自然和諧的生態(tài)河灘、生態(tài)河堤的同時，注重水生態(tài)與歷史文化的巧妙融合。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px; color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 洛河北岸以洛神文化為主題，打造帝都廣場、洛神公園、瀍壑朱櫻、絲綢之路公園、洛浦煙柳、東城桃李等文化景觀；南岸以漕運文化為主題，打造洛陽渡、里坊花園、凌波疊影、南市渡、鳥啼伊洛等文化景觀。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><br></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size: 22px;
