Bran can be further divided into the pericarp which consists of epidermis, hypodermis, cross layer, tube cells, seed coats, and hyaline layer.<br>Bran is nutritionally rich in protein and is used in the production of brown and wholemeal flours.<div><br></div><div><b>2) Endosperm</b><br>Endosperm is the main part of the seed and it accounts for 80 percent of the seed weight. It is the potential white flour within the centre of the wheat grain.<br>When milled, the endosperm fractures along the cell walls, and separates from the bran layers. It consists of starchy endosperm and endosperm cell.<br>This layer contains the greatest share of protein, carbohydrates, and iron, as well as the major B-vitamins, such as riboflavin, niacin, and thiamine.<br></div><div><br></div><div><b>3) Germ (wheat germ)</b><br>The germ is responsible for germination when planted in soil.<br>It is a rich source of B-complex vitamins, oil, vitamin E and natural plant fat.<br>The wheat germ is the embryo that would eventually develop into the wheat plant. Buy organic wheatgrass seeds</p><p class="ql-block">? Rinse and drain the wheatgrass seeds before soaking them,</p><p class="ql-block">? Soak the wheatgrass seeds in cool, filtered water for 9-12 hours, </p><p class="ql-block">? Complete 3 soaking cycles to obtain small, white sprouts. </p><p class="ql-block"><b>Part 2: Transfer The Seeds To A Growing Medium</b></p><p class="ql-block">? Once the green shoots emerge, transfer the tray to a brightly lit place, </p><p class="ql-block">? Harvest the wheatgrass when they are about 15-18 centimeters tall,</p><p class="ql-block">?
