font-size: 16px; font-family: 仿宋;"><span class="bumpedFont15" style="line-height: 28.799999237060547px; font-size: 1.5em;">傲視群雄誰(shuí)能敵，巍巍中華立東方。</span></span></h3> <h1><b> 解放軍第四五二醫(yī)院(原空軍成都醫(yī)院)</b></h1><h5><br></h5><h5> 1986年2月28日上午，由王同德、陸國(guó)平、肖新民、楊曉、薛勇、陳理國(guó)、姚一民、劉敏、劉曉蓉九人組成的空軍成都醫(yī)院空運(yùn)救護(hù)隊(duì)告別了蓉城和親人，在雙流國(guó)際機(jī)場(chǎng)乘民航飛機(jī)抵達(dá)昆明巫家壩機(jī)場(chǎng)，賡即和空軍重慶醫(yī)院的謝之自、楊漢成、李金元、李俊、祝聰玲、呂嘉琳、徐玲、傅潔八人匯合，共17人組成了成都軍區(qū)空軍空運(yùn)救護(hù)隊(duì)。當(dāng)晚住機(jī)場(chǎng)招待所，氣溫驟降，天空下起鵝毛大雪，給四季如春的昆明大地披上了銀裝素裹，到處呈現(xiàn)出一派白雪皚皚的景象。</h5><h5> 29日上午，正在昆明開(kāi)會(huì)的成空政委楊漢文專(zhuān)程到機(jī)場(chǎng)看望我們，作指示后并與大家合影留念。然后我們一行乘坐安-26運(yùn)輸機(jī)飛抵一線軍用某機(jī)場(chǎng)，開(kāi)始了為期三個(gè)月的戰(zhàn)地生活。</h5><h5> 每天都有傷員需要空運(yùn)到昆明，我們?cè)谇爸?405辦公室的指揮下，只要一聲令下，就會(huì)立即從內(nèi)場(chǎng)趕到外場(chǎng)，登上米8直升機(jī)飛往老山前線運(yùn)送傷員，然后再轉(zhuǎn)乘安-26機(jī)飛至昆明。</h5><h5> 空運(yùn)傷員既快捷又安全，能夠最大限度地減少傷亡或致殘率，西方軍隊(duì)早已實(shí)施。我軍是在1984年收復(fù)老山、者陰山戰(zhàn)役時(shí)開(kāi)始啟用空運(yùn)工作的，效果很好受到了廣大官兵的好評(píng)并極大地鼓舞了前線指戰(zhàn)員的斗志。</h5><h5> 為了減少空中出現(xiàn)暈機(jī)現(xiàn)象，我們從醫(yī)院帶來(lái)一種自產(chǎn)的中藥顆粒，用膠布將藥粒緊貼在自己的肚臍周?chē)蠹艺J(rèn)為效果不錯(cuò)。米8直升飛機(jī)內(nèi)部空間較大，一次可以運(yùn)送20余人。我們是來(lái)替換北空門(mén)診部空運(yùn)救護(hù)隊(duì)的，3月1日上午，我們到達(dá)機(jī)場(chǎng)時(shí)，北空最后一批運(yùn)送傷病員的飛機(jī)降落，我看見(jiàn)身穿白大掛的大學(xué)同學(xué)林偉明從機(jī)上走下來(lái)，上前打了招呼，并合影留照。想不到畢業(yè)5年，在前線相遇，真是不容易啊。</h5><h5> 2日，我第一次接受空運(yùn)救護(hù)任務(wù)，登機(jī)向老山附近的南溫河機(jī)降點(diǎn)飛去。在去的路上，因?yàn)槲沂亲?，所以沒(méi)有太大的反應(yīng)。但在返回的途中，我必須邊在機(jī)上走動(dòng)，邊給傷員作些處置，加上飛機(jī)在氣流不穩(wěn)的山凹中飛行和發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)出120分貝噪音的影響，頓時(shí)我出現(xiàn)了嚴(yán)重的暈機(jī)反應(yīng)，惡心嘔吐，手腳發(fā)麻，難受極了，當(dāng)飛機(jī)即將落地前，我恨不得馬上跳下去。</h5><h5> 機(jī)場(chǎng)專(zhuān)設(shè)有臨時(shí)醫(yī)療處置用房，傷病員在轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)過(guò)程中可在此進(jìn)行一些簡(jiǎn)單的處理。</h5><h5> 機(jī)降點(diǎn)是一個(gè)不到30平方米的小山頭，距離中越邊境20公里左右，曾經(jīng)遭到過(guò)越軍遠(yuǎn)程火炮炮擊，為確保安全，一但有事立馬飛走。故直升機(jī)降落停穩(wěn)后，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)是不能熄火的。我們從機(jī)后打開(kāi)的兩扇大門(mén)下來(lái)和陸軍醫(yī)務(wù)人員交接傷病員，然后起飛走人。</h5><h5> 有一次執(zhí)行任務(wù)，我隨機(jī)前往南溫河機(jī)降點(diǎn)運(yùn)傷員。飛機(jī)在霧氣較重的空中沿著河道朝前飛行，一會(huì)兒我看見(jiàn)偏離了河床，飛行員和領(lǐng)航員看著地圖正在交談，很快飛機(jī)調(diào)頭往回朝機(jī)降點(diǎn)飛去。云南省汶山州邊境地區(qū)的地貌極像廣西桂林，突峰異起，山石林立。為了不被敵軍雷達(dá)發(fā)現(xiàn)，飛機(jī)總是沿著兩山之間作低空飛行，向陽(yáng)面氣流上升，背陽(yáng)面氣流下降，這樣氣流不穩(wěn)容易導(dǎo)致飛機(jī)顛簸。</h5><h5> 5月1日，成空后勤部慰問(wèn)團(tuán)來(lái)前線慰問(wèn)，我們受到了鼓舞，決心不辜負(fù)部隊(duì)的重托，努力完成任務(wù)。</h5><h5> 當(dāng)時(shí)，中越邊境戰(zhàn)處于兩軍膠凍狀態(tài)。在我軍完全控制老山之后，面對(duì)的不遠(yuǎn)處就是由越軍控制的大青山，兩山之間的廣闊地帶是一片小山丘，是兩軍相互爭(zhēng)奪的戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)。為了鍛煉部隊(duì)，我軍各集團(tuán)軍之間實(shí)行輪戰(zhàn)制度，即一支新部隊(duì)先要在二線實(shí)應(yīng)性作訓(xùn)半年，然后上一線將老部隊(duì)換下來(lái)再干一年，如此循環(huán)。</h5><p class="ql-block"><br></p> <p style="text-align: center;
