font-size:20px;"> </span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> </span></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 最近，有隊(duì)友建議讓我整理一篇有關(guān)陜北秧歌舞的動(dòng)作要領(lǐng)技巧的視頻、文章，讓新隊(duì)友有參照的規(guī)范動(dòng)作，這樣練起來方便快捷，動(dòng)作也整齊劃一，跳起來也有氣場(chǎng)氣勢(shì)。其實(shí)我對(duì)陜北秧歌舞的理解也是一知半解很片面的，我也是今年三月份入隊(duì)，開始真正接觸到陜北秧歌舞。但也看到最近加入秧歌隊(duì)的新人，動(dòng)作規(guī)范，技巧要領(lǐng)沒有掌握，手腳腰協(xié)調(diào)不靈活，傘、扇舞動(dòng)作參差不齊等，為了盡快掌握這些動(dòng)作要領(lǐng)，現(xiàn)編輯制作了第二套秧歌舞部分視頻，新隊(duì)友可以參照視頻里前排領(lǐng)舞隊(duì)員的動(dòng)作舞姿反復(fù)練習(xí)，并盡快熟練掌握。</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="font-size:20px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"> 目前咱們秧歌隊(duì)常練的有四套秧歌舞，開始都是單排大秧歌，隨著鑼鼓嗩吶節(jié)奏，緊跟總傘頭轉(zhuǎn)一圈，這時(shí)傘、扇，舞姿動(dòng)作變化不大。接下來就是大交叉分成兩路過人（掏場(chǎng)，擺街、）走出各種線路圖案。如果是新隊(duì)員你就要緊盯著你前面的舞伴，重疊交叉過人時(shí)更應(yīng)精力集中，不要掉隊(duì)走亂，到某一轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)過人轉(zhuǎn)身時(shí)動(dòng)作要慢，身體擺動(dòng)幅度要大，待對(duì)方和你照面時(shí)，慢轉(zhuǎn)身過人。動(dòng)作要求：踏準(zhǔn)鑼鼓嗩吶節(jié)奏，左右聳肩，自由甩膀帶胳膊擺動(dòng)，腰扭斜跨，大腿擺動(dòng)幅度大，走，如仙踏云，扭，如癡如醉，擺，如風(fēng)戲柳，跳，猶如斗雞，搖，如煙似霧。傘舉過頭頂，均勻有節(jié)奏的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)傘把，舞扇根據(jù)節(jié)奏上下，左右舞動(dòng)，身姿輕柔，舞姿優(yōu)美輕盈，面帶微笑，開心愉悅……</span></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:22px; font-size:22px;">本套路圖由陜西榆林市吳堡縣王育才老師提供，在此一并致謝！</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:20px;"> 難度較大的動(dòng)作是大秧歌后的二排，四排，各種隊(duì)型變換，上下隊(duì)員交替，傘、扇不斷變化舞姿，手腰胯腿腳協(xié)調(diào)配合。如果是初學(xué)新手就要和你前面隊(duì)友動(dòng)作一起舞，同時(shí)跳，照樣學(xué)樣，但也要熟記舞姿動(dòng)作，傘舞、扇子舞的巧妙變化，傘、扇要舞出氣勢(shì)，氣場(chǎng)，靈動(dòng)，靈秀，舞出土氣，大氣，美氣，舞出陜北秧歌舞的神韻和風(fēng)土鄉(xiāng)情韻味，練習(xí)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)了自然而然就熟能生巧，靈活自如了。</span></p><p class="ql-block"><span style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8);
