class="ql-block ql-indent-1">1.增強(qiáng)心肺功能，使血液循環(huán)通暢，保持心血管系統(tǒng)健康，防止高血壓的發(fā)生；</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">2.消耗熱量多，對(duì)于肥胖的形成能起到良好的阻礙作用。據(jù)測(cè)算，在相同時(shí)間內(nèi)爬樓梯消耗的熱量比打羽毛球多2倍，比打乒乓球多4倍，比步行多3倍，基本與登山消耗熱量相同；</p><p class="ql-block
