<p class="ql-block">繁忙的武康路，被譽為“濃縮了上海近代百年歷史”的“名人路”，沿線有優(yōu)秀歷史建筑總計14處，保留歷史建筑37處。這里的一草一木似乎都有靈性，這里的每一塊土地都有自己的故事。</p> <p class="ql-block">858號東美特公寓，已更為武康大樓，位于淮海路和武康路的交界處，是武康路標志性建筑。上海市優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。武康大樓猶如等待起航的巨輪般，以前曾叫諾曼底公寓。這座公寓由法商萬國儲蓄會于1924年投資建造，請匈牙利設計師鄔達克設計。這是一座典型的法國文藝復興建筑式樣的大樓，也是上海最早的外廊式公寓建筑。著名建筑設計師鄔達克早期作品。著名電影藝術家鄭君里、趙丹、秦怡、孫道臨等曾居住于此。</p> <p class="ql-block" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: transparent;">武康路始建于1907年。原名福開森路，以美國人福開森姓氏命名。1943年改現(xiàn)名武康路，以浙江省舊縣名命名。<br></span></p> <p class="ql-block">清末洋務派大臣盛宣懷受李鴻章之托督辦南洋公學（今上海交通大學前身），苦于找不到諳熟現(xiàn)代大學管理的人才時，巧遇福開森在上海逗留，遂聘其為“監(jiān)院”（相當于21世紀的教務總長）。福開森上任后，為方便師生出行，用自己的薪水修建了這條馬路，開始并無確實名稱，后因法租界在擴大地盤中，與上海寧波同鄉(xiāng)會“四明公所”發(fā)生沖突，又與英、美、俄等國產(chǎn)生了矛盾。福開森從中調(diào)定，最終令各方滿意獲得解決。為答謝福開森，當?shù)孛癖姲堰@條馬路冠名福開森路。由于福開森聘請的教授都住在市區(qū)，自從修建了這條馬路后教師上班、上學就方便多了，因此，很受師生稱贊。武康路起先是一條土路，兩邊盡是水稻和菜園及農(nóng)舍，河道池塘密布，散落著許多墳丘。1914年，福開森路正式被劃入法租界，法國第一任駐滬領事明梯尼按照當時西方最現(xiàn)代的城市建設理念，實施了武康路沿線的整體規(guī)劃，并以武康路為中心，將這一規(guī)劃逐步向周邊推進。</p> <p class="ql-block"><span style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">1914年，武康路所在的西區(qū)正式被劃入法租界，這就是后來人們常說的法國新租界。由于受來自法蘭西科技、資金、文化的強力推動，很快形成了以武康路為標志的法蘭西社區(qū)。住在這里的都是西方派駐滬上的官員和高級管理人員，“華人與狗不得入內(nèi)”，成了西方列強在中國的國中之國。1937年，淞滬戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)，經(jīng)過3個月的浴血抗戰(zhàn)，上海最終被日軍攻陷，以武康路為中心的法租界進入了為期4年之久的“孤島期”，此時，在整個歐洲到處遭受德國法西斯鐵蹄奴役之苦的大背景下，滬上洋人開始放下了身段。與中國國內(nèi)淪陷區(qū)戰(zhàn)亂不止、日寇燒殺搶掠暴行肆虐相比，租界內(nèi)由于能夠得到庇護，相對比較安定，來自各地的商賈富豪攜巨款涌進這里躲避戰(zhàn)亂。由于游資的日愈增多，市面得到了畸形繁榮，人口膨脹，一些富商又開始了建設投資，在武康路周邊修建了大批新式里弄，武康路進入了一個新的發(fā)展期。</span></p> <p class="ql-block">1941年，太平洋戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)，以美國為首的西方與日本交惡，侵華日軍占領上海法租界，武康路陷落。1943年，法國宣布放棄以武康路為中心的法租界，汪偽政府乘機宣布“接受”法租界，并將武康路所在法租界改稱為上海市特別第八區(qū)。汪偽政府的“接受”不被國、共兩黨及國際社會所認可，也不為國內(nèi)民眾所接收。汪精衛(wèi)因此非常懊惱，卻又無計可施，躲在武康路湖南別墅生悶氣。之后，周佛海、胡蘭成及汪偽上海市市長等人提出了應對之策，建議汪精衛(wèi)把“接受”的租界200多條以外國人命名的馬路，全部改成以中國各省、市及部分縣級行政區(qū)域名稱命名，這樣做有幾大個好處：一是顯示了汪偽政府的獨立、尊嚴和民族氣節(jié)，可以擺脫漢奸罵名。二是借助全國人民反殖民地激憤之力，通過改換馬路名稱，贏得民心，造成“接受”的既成事實，以堵住重慶方面的嘴。三是這些馬路換上各省、市地名后，這些馬路的名字將會永遠存在，名垂青史。汪精衛(wèi)聽罷喜上眉梢，立即吩咐上海市長照辦。</p> <p class="ql-block">負責改名的辦事人員找來當時的全國行政區(qū)劃圖，給租界內(nèi)的各條馬路換上新名。方案形成后由市長親自送往暫住武康路周佛海別墅的汪精衛(wèi)審定。汪只對福開森路等幾條重要馬路給予關注，他憑自己多次途經(jīng)武康上莫干山留下的美好印象，對周佛海說，武康莫干山在山區(qū)，福開森路在大都市，但環(huán)境和氛圍極為相象，不僅洋人喜歡那里，上海灘的政要富商都喜歡往那里跑，福開森路就以武康命名吧。武康路從此就在上海灘叫響了。此后，這些馬路名稱一直沿用未被更改，即便是橫掃一切的文革時期，全國不少城市的街道都被換成與革命有關的稱謂，這里不曾有過任何變動。</p> <span style="font: 16px/24px Arial; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">武康路長1183米，寬12米到16米，整條路呈弧線、大致為南北走向，北起華山路，可見晚清重臣李鴻章的丁香花園，南至淮海中路接天平路、余慶路，與宋慶齡故居相望。梧桐婆娑的武康路上，有分量的名人故居“密度”較高，有約30處的名人舊居。沿線西班牙式、法國文藝復興式等風格的建筑極富特色，是上海中心城區(qū)最具歐陸風情街區(qū)之一。</span> <p class="ql-block">道路沿途兩邊是上海最有名的西方洋人和達官名人、商賈富豪的高級住宅區(qū)，如40弄的67、99號是洋人大班住宅；390號是意大利總領事官邸，大批的有志報國青年通過這個窗口留學國外，解放以后則是全球500強企業(yè)上海汽車集團所在地，從這里誕生了中國第一輛桑塔納轎車；393號則是民國革命先驅(qū)黃興的故居，孫中山曾多借宿這里商議革命；而位于武康路與湖南路口的湖南別墅先為周佛海私宅，解放后陳毅、鄧小平在這里暫住過，賀子珍則在此隱居了20多年；榮獲2009年諾貝爾物理學獎的華裔科學家高錕曾就讀于武康路世界學校；113號則是一代文學巨匠巴金的故居，巴金在這里完成了被海內(nèi)外文學界、思想界稱之為“一部說真話的大書”的《隨想錄》。</p> <p class="ql-block">武康路393號是中國近代民主革命家黃興的故居，人稱“黃公館”，不對外開放，上海市優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，徐匯區(qū)文物保護單位。早期部分建于1912年，新古典主義建筑樣式。后續(xù)部分建于1933年，裝飾藝術派風格。1912至1916年，近代民主革命家黃興（1874—1916）曾居住于此。黃興過世之后，“黃公館”幾經(jīng)易主，1932年蔡元培、吳稚暉等在此創(chuàng)辦上海國際圖書館，它是日內(nèi)瓦中國國際圖書館的分館，也是中國第一家國際專業(yè)圖書館，1937年遷往北京。這里還曾是上海電影廠的辦公樓。</p> <div><span style="font: 16px/24px Arial; font-variant-ligatures: normal;">并在此被國民黨軍統(tǒng)（有說為日軍）謀殺，成為當時震驚中外的政治謀殺案。</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> 武康路99號正廣和老屋，劉靖基舊居，位于武康路和復興西路路口，上海市優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。建于1928年，英國鄉(xiāng)村別墅式花園住宅。原為英商正廣和洋行大班住宅。同宋子文沆瀣一氣的唐海安一度居住在此。解放后此房被沒收，潘漢年、魏文伯、王震都曾在這里住過，后來作為市委招待所?！拔母铩焙髣⒕富壬?902—1997）年邁回滬，市府安排其全家入住。房子后屬劉家所有。 武康路117弄1號是周作民舊居，上海市優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。建于1943年，中西式混合風格花園住宅，著名建筑師范能力設計。原為金城銀行總經(jīng)理周作民（1881—1955）舊居。二十世紀五十年代后，原全國人大常委會副委員長陳丕顯、原中共中央華東局書記魏文伯曾先后居住于此。 <p class="ql-block">武康路274號是鄭洞國舊居， 徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。建于二十世紀二十年代晚期，現(xiàn)代派建筑，局部帶有裝飾藝術派特征。1950至1952年，抗日名將、原全國政協(xié)常委鄭洞國 （1903—1991）曾居住于此。</p> <p class="ql-block">武康路115號密丹公寓， 上海市優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。建于1931年，裝飾藝術派風格的公寓住宅，法商賚安洋行設計。民國時期為義品放款銀行使用。二十世紀六十年代初期著名表演藝術家孫道臨（1921－2007）曾居住于此。</p> <p class="ql-block">武康路395號北平研究院舊址， 徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。建于1926年，巴洛克風格花園住宅。由李石曾創(chuàng)辦的、在中國近現(xiàn)代文化、教育和科學領域發(fā)揮過重要作用的北平研究院鐳學所、藥學所、世界社和世界中小學等曾在此辦公。</p> <p class="ql-block">武康路240號開普敦公寓， 就在湖南別墅的對面，湖南路武康路交叉口，是當年的英國公和洋行設立在上海的建筑設計事務所。當代的匯豐銀行上海分行、海關大樓、渣打銀行等建筑，都是公和洋行建筑設計事務所的作品，簡練動感的造型、清秀流暢的線條，為昔日的上海建筑注入了全新的血液。</p> <p class="ql-block">武康路117弄2號是李及蘭舊居，上海市優(yōu)秀歷史建筑，徐匯區(qū)登記不可移動文物。建于二十世紀三十年代，西班牙風格花園住宅。原為國民政府軍事參謀部參謀次長李及蘭（1904—1957）舊居，二十世紀五十年代后原上海市市長曹荻秋曾居住于此。</p> 武康路車流不息 上影劇團 <span style="font: 16px/24px Arial;
