class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b>世界水日的由來(lái)</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">為喚起公眾的水意識(shí)，建立一種更為全面的水資源可持續(xù)利用的體制和相應(yīng)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制，1993年1月18日，第47屆聯(lián)合國(guó)大會(huì)根據(jù)聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境與發(fā)展大會(huì)制定的《21世紀(jì)行動(dòng)議程》中提出的建議，通過(guò)了第193號(hào)決議，確定自1993年起，將每年的3月22日定為“世界水日”，以推動(dòng)對(duì)水資源進(jìn)行綜合性統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和管理，加強(qiáng)水資源保護(hù)，解決日益嚴(yán)峻的缺水問(wèn)題。同時(shí)，通過(guò)開(kāi)展廣泛的宣傳教育活動(dòng)，增強(qiáng)公眾對(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)水資源的意識(shí)。</p><p class="ql-block" style="text-align: center;"><b>中國(guó)水周的由來(lái)</b></p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">1988年《中華人民共和國(guó)水法》頒布后，水利部確定每年的7月1日至7日為“中國(guó)水周”。后考慮到世界水日與中國(guó)水周的主旨和內(nèi)容基本相同，因此從1994年開(kāi)始，把“中國(guó)水周”的時(shí)間改為每年的3月22日至28日，時(shí)間的重合，使宣傳活動(dòng)更加突出“世界水日”的主題。</p><p class="ql-block ql-indent-1">世界水日和中國(guó)水周的確定，使全世界都來(lái)關(guān)心并解決淡水資源短缺這一日益嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題。各國(guó)根據(jù)本國(guó)國(guó)情，都積極開(kāi)展相應(yīng)活動(dòng)，提高了公眾珍惜和保護(hù)水資源的意識(shí)。</p><p class="ql-block"
