<p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 2023年3月27日至4月4日，依據(jù)巴林左旗教育教學研究中心的工作部署和語文學科工作需求，召開了“巴林左旗初中語文學科第二屆‘契丹杯’青年教師教學基本功競賽暨‘名師工程-優(yōu)秀教師體裁示范’”系列活動。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 本次教研活動旨在：強化學科建設(shè)，改進課堂教學的實施策略和方法，對《義務(wù)教育語文課程標準（2022年版）》的學習和統(tǒng)編教材使用情況進行跟蹤指導，推動大單元教學的深度實施和教學評一體化，提升學科教師的綜合素養(yǎng)，選拔、培養(yǎng)學科骨干教師。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 活動主體分為三部分：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 第一部分：教壇競技，小試牛刀</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 競賽由筆試、粉筆字、模擬課堂、單元說播課四項內(nèi)容組成。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 1. 筆試。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 筆題內(nèi)容：《義務(wù)教育語文課程標準（2022年版）；六冊統(tǒng)編教材課后要求背誦的內(nèi)容；文本解讀。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 2. 粉筆字。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 3. 模擬課堂。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 參賽選手抽課參加模擬課堂競賽。大賽組委會提前依據(jù)學科進度選擇賽課使用的課文，選手從中抽取文本參加競賽。抽課后，封閉式獨立備課。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 4. 單元說播課。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 說播課內(nèi)容：教師所抽取的微課講課內(nèi)容所在單元的單元說播課。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 第二部分：名師入水，躬親示范</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 競賽選拔出的優(yōu)秀選手承擔了“名師工程-優(yōu)秀教師體裁示范課”獻課任務(wù)。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 三位老師在獨立備課的基礎(chǔ)上與同備課組教師一起，考量課標要求、教材位置、單元承托的任務(wù)、文本與單元的契合點，以“文體”為軸，反復切磋，反復研磨，力求突出文體的知識點、能力點、訓練點、素養(yǎng)點，上出“體裁示范課”的示范性。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 林東第四中學宋一文老師示范課，小說體裁文本《臺階》……</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 林東第三中學高紅偉老師示范課，游記散文《壺口瀑布》……</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 林東第四中學李曉艷老師示范課，說明文體裁文本《大自然的語言》……</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 第三部分：交流研討， 引領(lǐng)助推</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 競賽結(jié)束后，組織基礎(chǔ)年級教師進行了交流與研討，旨在研究、解決競賽中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題?？偨Y(jié)經(jīng)驗，探求更適合我們地區(qū)師生的教與學的方法和策略。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 參賽教師反思……</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 名師點課……</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 參加活動的教師聽、評課反思……</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 張華老師結(jié)合競賽中凸顯的問題，做了《素養(yǎng)：新課程的剛需》專題培訓。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 張老師從新課程，新教材，新中考對學生、教師的素養(yǎng)要求談起，從審美素養(yǎng)，知識素養(yǎng)，文化素養(yǎng)，專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，職業(yè)素養(yǎng)等幾個方面進行了闡述并對全體語文教師提出了倡議：</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 1. 要加強基本功訓練。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 2. 記誦、理解、運用《義務(wù)教育語文課程標準（2022年版）》。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 3. 研究教材，研究單元教學，精細化單元核心文本的單篇教學。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 4. 要格外重視自身的獨立備課。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 5. 把語文課上出“語文味兒”。讓語文課有活力、有靈氣，有魅力。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 一位參賽教師在反思中說道：“參與競賽的過程緊鑼密鼓、環(huán)環(huán)相扣，有一種微微緊張的壓迫感，被折騰的精疲力盡卻又收獲滿滿?！?lt;/b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是的，很折騰。但折騰本身就是一場盛筵。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 這場宴席是一架橋梁，一個平臺，一方陣地，一份機遇，給在三尺講臺上孜孜以求的人一兩清風，吹暖她們種星星的夢。</b></p> <p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 本屆“契丹杯”青年教師基本功競賽： </b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 歷時一周。參賽教師11人。特約評委6人。參與“體裁示范課”聽評課教師54人。</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 五項內(nèi)容構(gòu)成的進階式活動主體；一人參賽全組研究、助力的活動過程；初體驗“單元說播課”擴張感的喜悅；以賽代訓，賽研訓一體化的教研直通車……</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是競賽</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是常規(guī)教學</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是研究</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是專業(yè)培訓</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是探索</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是智慧共享</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 是存疑</b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color: rgb(22, 126, 251);"> 也是可貴的生成</b></p>
