離退休職工非常感謝二院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的深切關(guān)懷和倍加呵護(hù)。為醫(yī)療事業(yè)奉獻(xiàn)一生的醫(yī)務(wù)工作者深有體會(huì)的說(shuō)：“單位就是我的家，離崗沒(méi)有離開(kāi)家，退休辦一班人踏踏實(shí)實(shí)為退休職工辦實(shí)事.解難題；真可謂：健康航船駛?cè)敫蹫?，林?shū)記是我們的貼心人與大家心相連”。</i></b></p><p 在床位緊.住院一床難求的大環(huán)境特殊情況下，本院退休患者一個(gè)電話打過(guò)來(lái).林書(shū)記隨時(shí)聯(lián)系病房.快速奔波在不同科室和各個(gè)咨詢線路上及患者的安撫中，病人床頭的慰問(wèn)；有病逝世痛心的溫馨撫慰，都是他每天的工作安排，他樸實(shí)無(wú)華的滿腔熱情感動(dòng)著每一位親身經(jīng)歷者，深得大家的認(rèn)可贊賞和高度評(píng)價(jià)！</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="color:rgb(237, 35, 8); font-size:18px;"><i> 退休后，那份心情上的失落和精神上的消沉，使離退休人員回憶在崗時(shí)為醫(yī)院的改革發(fā)展:播灑青春年華、奉獻(xiàn)滿腔熱忱、寄托未來(lái)希望而努力拼搏的銀發(fā)者感慨萬(wàn)分！</i></b></p><p 林學(xué)東書(shū)記，從2019年三月份接任離退休工作以來(lái)，首先關(guān)心的是離退休人員的健康、與呵護(hù)有加的二院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子一起，更進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化導(dǎo)向推動(dòng)力，重視發(fā)揚(yáng)曾“承前啟后”前任的優(yōu)良工作作風(fēng)，充分體現(xiàn)了“退休不腿色”的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，與全院職工同頻共振、與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，激勵(lì)感動(dòng)了二院奮戰(zhàn)在一線的醫(yī)務(wù)工作者！</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:18px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"><i> 2019年秋末，離退休職工從兩年一次的體檢縮短為一年一次體檢，銀發(fā)者們奔走相告無(wú)不歡欣鼓舞！每一年的年終歲末，在二院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持鼓勵(lì)下，林書(shū)記組織召開(kāi)“座談會(huì)”，闡述關(guān)于離退休職工安享社會(huì)美好的同時(shí)、棄去有后顧之憂之弊端，大膽開(kāi)展先例.醞釀舉措、出資為離退休職工家屬體檢，與二院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)堅(jiān)持樹(shù)立“山高人為峰”的核心理念，由民主到集中的點(diǎn).面到位。書(shū)記用心做事，逐個(gè)排查落實(shí)家屬確切信息，登記入冊(cè)、截圖審核，經(jīng)常工作到凌晨，可謂嘔心瀝血、勤心敬業(yè)。 林書(shū)記接任時(shí)間較短、工作量大，又面對(duì)銀發(fā)者客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)和疫情防控期間，扼制了許多可能發(fā)生的事件，為大家爭(zhēng)取了推遲家屬體檢的報(bào)名時(shí)間。</i></b></p><p class="ql-block"><b style="font-size:18px; color:rgb(237, 35, 8);"><i> 在歷次離退休職工體檢及核酸檢測(cè)的繁忙工作中，林書(shū)記堅(jiān)守崗位，工作認(rèn)真、愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)，無(wú)私奉獻(xiàn)、敢于擔(dān)當(dāng)，善解人意、樂(lè)于奉獻(xiàn)，工作一絲不茍，踐行著一個(gè)共產(chǎn)黨員的初心與使命，大家有目共睹、有口皆碑，使得我們二院離退休職工幸?？鞓?lè)安享美好生活。</i></b></p><p 為老同志征訂老年報(bào)和老年春秋，70歲以上老同志生日當(dāng)天送上祝福；3.8女神節(jié)為女同志發(fā)放節(jié)日慰問(wèn)品，重陽(yáng)節(jié)象征性的登山運(yùn)動(dòng)、見(jiàn)面聚會(huì)暢所欲言、交流健康長(zhǎng)壽經(jīng)典、參觀游玩等娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)；重大節(jié)日走訪慰問(wèn)80歲以上老同志，離退休職工住院慰問(wèn)到床前。</i></b></p><p 在每年醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)組織召開(kāi)的退休職工座談會(huì)上，林書(shū)記盡心盡力為退休職工求實(shí)考慮關(guān)懷倍至，履行每年為離退休職工健康體檢一次；每年為退休職工召開(kāi)兩次疾病預(yù)防講座，每年重要節(jié)日都要前去慰問(wèn)離休老前輩們，送祝福送溫暖！感謝二醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)！感謝林書(shū)記！</i></b></p><p
